Description of Work: Removed our old furnace and installed a new Lennox EL296UHV, connected the existing A/C unit, and installed a new vent stack to meet code. Working with them through the bid process was an exceptional experience. Their Energy Consultant was professional in terms of his customer service skills. his thorough knowledge of heating, air conditioning equipment and his company. The final bid proposal was not the lowest in price, but certain the best in overall quality.

Description of Work: Original call was to service our ailing water heater and service our AC |The service man was very knowledgable and so helpful and honest. He let me know that it really was to cold to do a proper service on the AC(something we should schedule when it is hot and the AC is in use). We were pretty sure we needed to replace our old water heater but wanted to have it services to confirm. He told me there was no point to pay for servicing the water heater when it clearly needs replacement, especially when often when an old water heater is in the poor condition ours was flushing it out can sometimes cause it to fail. I felt so grateful for his honesty that I had him service our furnace since he was here. They were back promptly the next week to replace our Furnace. They could have done it sooner but my schedule wasn't flexible, so they squeezed me into the only day I had available. I will definitely use them again. Thumbs Up!

Description of Work: I called Brennan's Heating and Coolin the Friday before and very quickly they got me a date and time when the HVAC mechanic came out. On the day he came out, he called ahead to let me know and arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He ame in and I described in detail that I needed a new thermostat for the house. After a few questions, he went to his truck and got a more modern thermostat and installed it quickly. He then showed me in detail how to operate and set the controls on the touch pad. Whole visit took less than 45 mintues or so. I kind of felt bad that he had to work New Years Eve when the rest of us were on vacation.

Description of Work: We scheduled a Heat pump and Furnace maintenance. They showed up on-time, and was very knowledgeable about our system. (We just bought our home and was un-familiar with the system). The service tech also programmed our daily heat/cool times and showed us how to change the furnace filters. We are very happy and have asked them to give us a price on a gas fireplace insert install.

Description of Work: I've used Brennan in the past at my old address, so I was already familiar with their service. Brennan came and tuned up my furnace. The guy who came was punctual, polite, and efficient. I'll use Brennan again for next year's tune-up.

Description of Work: The technician cleaned and checked the furnace. He recommended two repairs and advised me on the more immediate concern. He showed me the new ignition switch and then let me compare it to the old one. Would definitely have this company back.
