Description of Work: They were scheduled to do cleaning on our heating system - our house has a highly inaccessible furnace so they couldn't get to it on their first time out. They managed to schedule us another appointment immediately and came out with enough hose to get to the furnace. They were great.

Description of Work: They replaced a furnace exhaust vent that had developed a water leak. They improved the cap with a higher wind item which made a lot of sense. The diagnosis was helpful and they were able to schedule the actual work for the next day. The price was more then we hoped but turns out the parts were more expensive. Overall, will use them again for furnace work.

No charge on the parts - just labor - which included an after hour addition. |Came right away and took care of matters expeditiously - very courteous. Description of Work: This is the 2nd time we use BRENNAN HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING for our annual furnace maintenance and cleaning. This guy was awful (contrast to the person we used early). He was just sit on the floor, opened the machine, and staring at it. He did nothing but wipe out the outside the machine, and knocking on it. How could such a person be hired? |

Description of Work: They looked over the gas hot water heater and asked some question. They then restarted the heater and waited 10 minutes to make sure it stayed lit. Talked to me about a possible switch issue and cost of that vs. new water heater. Excellent service.
