Description of Work: First service was @ $155 for cleaning, new filter, etc. But they quickly returned when I had a problem soon after that and fixed it for @ $255.

Description of Work: Gas forced air furnace quit one evening -- fan ran but no heat. Called the next morning and they were out the following day. Replaced defective part and furnace has been running fine since.

Description of Work: Deal was good and purchased. However, when they contacted me to get the service completed, they informed me that heat pumps were not part of this deal. The fine print did not list a heat pump otherwise I would not have purchased. Brennan was very courteous and prompt to contact me about scheduling, however.

Got things all set up in the morning with a phone call, they were out later in the day. Had the new unit installed, up and running, hauled the old one away. Excellent service, keep up the good work!

Description of Work: Replaced my old, leaking gas water heater. The Brennan crew showed up on time, and did the work quickly, cleanly, and without any issues. They removed and disposed of the old heater, and installed a new one, together with a steel pole (my garage wasn't up to the latest code requirements). The new heater is doing well, and we haven't had any problems with the installation so far.

Description of Work: My furnace was over due for replacement and the exhaust fan blew up. The technician gave me several options including replacing parts and replacing the whole unit. I decided to go with full replacement and they had the new unit installed within a couple of days. The installation crew was very professional and did a good job of walking me through the ins and outs of my new furnace. They hauled the old unit away for recycling and cleaned up after themselves. I'll call on them again in a few months when I need a new water heater.

Description of Work: The tech was very pleasant, professional & right on time, service was fine but very basic. I felt they are overpriced for what the check up didn't include, Providers I have used in the past seemed more thorough. I was quite surprised and disappointed that the annual furnace check-up did not automatically include changing the filter. When I asked the technician to change it he was very willing to & did this -- I was just quite surprised that it wasn' t an automatic part of the annual furnace check. Something that has been included by previous less expensive providers as part of the annual check up. That's something seemingly very basic that I will be sure is included in the future
