We offer a variety of home comfort products including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, hydronic heating systems, active air purifiers, and gas water heaters. Description of Work: Last year I was told my A/C would have to be replaced (by a different company). Scott with Brennan came & fixed it for a few hundred dollars. My hero!! I'm so happy!! And angry!!! I went all last Summer without A/C since I couldn't afford a new one. Remember how hot it was!?!?!?

Description of Work: They were on time for all of our appointments. They performed the work as agreed. However, we still had to pay $12 in sales tax. Next time, the sales tax should be included in the deal amount, or the deal should explicitly state that sales tax would not be included (what is Angie's List's policy?). It's not a big deal; I chalk it up to a misunderstanding.

Description of Work: The installed a new furnace during the holiday season. So far, its going well. The heater is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected. This was a very mild winter so it has not been tested in severe weather, but it worked well during the colder nights. I'm happy so far.

Description of Work: There was a electrical short in my furnace. A wire was replaced and the furnace was working for 55 days. The furnace stop working. When I called Brennan, I was told their repair service warranty is 30 days and I would have to pay for another service call. So, I call another furnace service company, they came and within 5 minutes found the screw securing the wire to the circuit board was loose. The furnace has been working fine since.

Brennan Heating & A/C has a 30 day warranty on labor and a one year warranty on the part (s). I am sorry that our policy has reflected you in having a negative experience with our company, but please do understand that we have to have these policies in place in order to continue to offer our customers the best! Please keep in mind that if granted the chance to come back to your home and do a proper diagnostic, once we were able to see what the issue was, we then may have made the repair at no charge to you, given the situation of the previous repair.
