Description of Work: I hired Brennan for an Angie's List tune-up special, since the inspection report from our house purchase said the furnace needed service. When Brennan came, they asked if I had considered replacing the furnace. I decided to go ahead since the furnace was old. The replacement process went smoothly as scheduled. Brennan will honor the tune-up certificate when the furnace is due next year.

Description of Work: Checked out the furnace, gave it a thorough cleaning, recommended some additional things to watch for and cleaned up after. Great service and I appreciated the promptness.

Description of Work: Repaired a blocked trap in an air conditioning condensation drain. Repair was done in 3 minutes and I was charged the standard trip charge $125. Upon asking further how to prevent the issue, the technician showed me a cut-off valve that would cost $125 to install. I chose to have it installed. Overall the technician did what he was supposed to do and the problem was fixed, but I feel like the price was too high (buying the cut-off valve should have removed/lowered the trip charge it seems to me). I would probably still use Brennan again, but their pricing seems quite high.

Turned out that the electric system mentioned did not include heat pump,even though I asked when making the appointment. Therefore my technician did a very fast and not complete inspection, only focusing on the electrical elements of my system. Would have rather waited to have full inspection, or pay extra.

Description of Work: Purchased a 3-Ton High-Efficiency Air Conditioner. Initial consultation was great as well as the installation. Consultation took about 30-45 mins. Scheduled us quickly for the following week for the full install. Full install took about 6-7 hours including electrical work. Installer provided details instructions to get permits signed off by the city the following week which went smoothly. City of Issaquah gave positive feedback on the installation and electrical work. I would highly recommend Brennan and the staff. They were professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented.

Description of Work: I had maintenance done on my air conditioner system. The technician was pleasant, on time, careful of plants that were around the outside unit, and cleaned up well when he was done. Since I've had no need to use the system since the work was done, I can't really speak to the quality of the work.

Description of Work: Robert gave me tons of time and excellent info and I plan to use them next time I need this service. Was able to combine with another offer, given the state of my furnace, so did not need it now.
