Description of Work: Brennan installed my system and has been maintaining it for the past few years. They have always been punctual and professional. They arrive on time and complete he service efficiently. They are also very good as far as explaining what they are doing and answering any questions or concerns we may have.

Description of Work: I asked Brennan to come repair my Lennox HVAC Heat Pump / Air conditioning system, that had been installed 3 years ago by a now defunct company. The service rep found a few installation issues that he felt were incorrect to Brennan's protocols. He refused to repair the system, only offering to completely replace everything over the next few weeks to a month. I was expecting to have my air conditioner working the day of the Brennan appointment, but was forced to waste this appointment and get another contractor to do repairs at a fraction of the cost. My system has now been running excellent 3.5 months, during all of the large heat wave for summer 2015. I saved thousands by going somewhere else and not trashing my fairly new system. Goodbye forever Brennan.

After looking more into the situation I do see that we were unable to repair your Heat Pump due to the install of the original installing contractor and its installation not being to code. Brennan Heating & A/C prides its self on our work and our high reputation of the work that we do in the industry. The only option for Brennan Heating to make sure that those standards are met, In your case, replacement was Brennan’s only option. You received an estimate for $6,000 to replace and we waived the charge to you for the visit. We are happy to hear that you have equipment that is up and working. Description of Work: Two trips, the first one to troubleshoot. The intake/exhaust plumbing was not done to code when the house was remodeled. The second trip was to reroute the plumbing. There is still a faint gas smell when the tankless hot water heater first kicks off, but it is much, much better.
