Description of Work: Installed a vent flue for a gas furnace. Installed in chimney and they capped off flue at the top. Looks tidy from the inside and should have been done when the gas furnace was upgraded 4 years ago by the previous owner.

Description of Work: They installed my new water heater the day after our old one went out. My husband was there when they installed it and he was very pleased with the service. They said if they couldn't come out the next day, they would pay for my husband to stay in a hotel for the night but they were able to make it out in time.

Description of Work: My thermostat and equipment interface module for my heat pump was fried when the power went out and came back on after a big storm. They were able to come out quickly and replace the system so we could get back to normal. I was able to request pricing up front when calling.

Description of Work: the furnace was cleaned and inspected but instead of putting a proper filter in it (not sure if that was part of the service) he took a filter for the intake in the house and bent it to fit. When the guy came to clean the ducts he removed it and showed me.
