Description of Work: The initial sales consult went very well. The individual they sent spent a good 1.5 hours explaining their service, the product and how they were different than other companies and how he could provide a Costco discount. I was impressed with his knowledge and amount of time he invested in helping me understand the bid. |A week later after I had received all my bids I called and left him a VM requesting he contact me as I wanted to make a decision within the next few days. He called me several days later explaining he had been out of town. I accepted that and let him know that I had narrowed down the bidding to two companies, one of which was his and could he do any better on his bid. He said he would get back to me. After a couple of days I hadn't hear from him and left another message. He never returned my call. I did not pursue as it was clear to me the company wasn't interested in my business.

Description of Work: Awesome customer service from the estimate to installation. Their energy consultant was very knowledgeable, gave us a realistic quote and took pictures of areas for the installers. I feel that Brennan Heating gave the most honest estimate. Description of Work: The technician showed up right on time for a furnace inspection and maintenance. He was even able to replace the filter on the furnace because his service van had the right sized filter. He explained what he had done and what he had checked. He worked quickly and efficiently and I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I would call them again in the future.

Description of Work: he performed the coupon service with the 21 point checking of my air conditioner.. he went above and beyond by figuring out that the person who was supposed to have cleaned the system the year before, did not. he made the time and cleaned my air conditioner top to bottom, inside out and it's now functioning ever so much better, thanks to his thoroughness.... thanks, guys. see you next year
