Description of Work: We just moved into the house so Joe showed us what many of the switched were for. He also connected our garbage disposal, checked our smoke/CM detectors, the water heater, and changed out some dead bulbs.

Description of Work: Miss diagnosed problem and paid $500+ plus for a part that didn't fix the problem. My furnace still doesn't work properly. Then asked service manager to call me back to discuss options and they never returned my call.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly, competent and helpful--everything I want in a technician. I rated a "B" for price because the technician told me he needed me to pay the tax on the purchase price of the Angie's List coupon. It wasn't a lot of money, but I wish they had told me when I made the appointment rather than having the technician surprising me with it. Also, I did not receive a call confirming the appointment. With so many technicians and repair people not showing up for appointments, I would have preferred a pre-appointment confirmation call rather than having to make that call myself. Overall, though, I'm very happy with the service and will use them again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please let me apologize for this clerical issue. The technician on site charged the full amount. It does look like the air conditioner was added to the maintenance which was an additional $129 since the coupon was only eligible for furnace maintenance. I have contacted out accounting department and we are issuing a refund to you for $100 plus tax. Again please accept our apologies and we thank you for choosing Brennan Heating
