Description of Work: It was fine, really no complaints but he was here for a very short time (maybe 20 min total) - so I feel it was over-priced but that's my fault for not shopping around first. If a system is found to not need much service, it would be nice to be told that and pay less (completely willing to pay for the value/time).

Description of Work: Date of service 12/15/2015. Cost $400. Replaced a pump that was diagnosed problematic in the 12/9/2015 visit. Damon did a wonderful job, especially considering that he had to park a long way from the house and work around the landscapers that day.

This was just a recommendation as a courtesy to prevent your 13 year old furnace from "nickel and diming you". Under no circumstances were you obligated to go with our recommendations and I am sorry if you felt that way. As a company we look for options that would be most cost efficient over time to the customers. Description of Work: My initial contact resulted in a call back from one of the contractor's electricians. That call did not go well. After that, I called to cancel the work. I had a coupon through your program, and called to advise that I would not be using this contractor. I subsequently received a phone call from the contractor's manager. This individual assured me that his business would be responsive to my needs. I agreed to let him do the work, and I was quite satisfied with the result, even without the use of the coupon.

Description of Work: The young man who performed the service did a good job as far as I know, but was borderline rude to me because it was AC service only. He seemed to feel that I should have the furnace and AC service done at the same time to save him a trip.
