Description of Work: I'm giving them an A for the work they did last March. I had them clean/service my furnace and I thought that they did a very good job explaining to me what services were needed and overdue. I would honestly give them an "F" for my recent attempts to contact them to get some faulty ductwork repaired. The first time I called, I was told to contact them in January or February, their "slow season". I called in February and was told that the installation manager would get in touch. That was 5 weeks ago.

Description of Work: After installing a new furnace last year we called for maintenance. They explained about the deal on Angie's List to give us a better price! We are remodeling the downstairs and the furnace filter was a mess. The technician indicated that we should wait to service the unit until the remodel (dry wall, paint) is completed. No charge for the visit. That is what I call service with integrity!
