Description of Work: Brennan installed Air Cond and a new Hot water heater. The work went very smoothly. The permit inspector did find a couple of issues with the Water Heather but Brennan came out in a matter of days to correct and it passed inspection after that.

Description of Work: Had them do annual inspection on gas furnace I bought from them in 2008. Tech showed up within 5 minutes of scheduled time and gave us a written report of his findings (all OK). Very personable and competent. I'll use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciated that you took the time to purchase a deal to give us a chance to show the work and quality that Brennan has exhibited for years. Unfortunately, when our electrician came out to your house for an inspection on January 29th, 2016 he realized that the job did not fit the outlined specifications of the Angie’s List promotion. The deal stated that we would be able to work on ceilings “up to 12 feet high” and unfortunately your ceiling was around 20 feet in height where you were wanting the lights to be installed. In addition, there was no attic room to insert the lights from that direction which could have helped us around the need to exceed our 12-foot height specification. Upon realizing this our electrician notified you that we would not be able to do the work and that you would need to refund your coupon through Angie’s List. We have not run your Angie’s List coupon number so you should have no issues from our end in getting your refund from Angie’s List. If you have lost or misplaced your coupon number, you can contact me through your personal e-mail or call me using my information below.
