Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment they Costco for 1pm on Aug 25th. Their rep called three hours before and asked if he could meet earlier, which I could not since I planned my schefule to have the meeting at 1pm. He asked if we could reschedule for the next couple of days and I agreed. They called on the 29th and said that I asked to reschedule the appointment from the 25th (which I did not, I was trying to be accommodating for a day or so ) they can schedule a meeting on Sep 16th. I decided not to use them. I had changed my schedule to meet with them at 1pm Friday, they changed and wanted to schedule a new appointment almost three weeks away saying I asked to reschedule. They lost a big job

According to our records, your rep had contacted you the day of your appointment to see if it was possible to see you earlier than 1pm, and you had mentioned that time did not actually work for you and you wished to be seen later in the day. Therefore, your rep said he'd reschedule you for a different day. Our apologies, as we were under the impression that you needed to reschedule as 1pm no longer worked for you. We wouldn't be in business if this is how we operated, and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know if you have any other comments, questions, or concerns and we hope to get the opportunity to serve you. Thank you!
