The project went very well. The estimator Don was very professional and on time when he came to give me an estimate. I felt he understood the scope of the project. He inspected my furnace, ductwork, all gas supply lines and made sure that what I had in mind could be accomplished. I was not at home when the work was done but my husband said the workmen were very professional, arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up after the work was finished. We are very pleased overall.

The service was excellent and reasonably priced. The workers were very professional and prompt. Their office staff was also very courteous and on-the-ball. These guys have been in the business a long time. They obviously know what they're doing. They were great.

Brennan's Energy Consultant Ryan provided the most thorough assessment by far of the system we would need (out of 3 estimates). While the price was higher than the others, we went with Brennan since it was the only company that we felt measured up technically and professionally, and they had an excellent Angie's List record (plus a coupon discount). The installation went without incident and the crew, including the installers, electrician, and technician were all very competent and professional. The Lennox unit they installed was marketed as the most quiet one available and it lived up to its reputation. It's only been a few days, but everything is working great so far.

Our 20 year old furnace was making an irritating vibration noise this winter so we had Brennan come out for a basic cleaning & assess the situation. Larry was prompt, very professional and very personable. We talked while he worked about all kinds of things not related to the job as well as looking at our options. In the end, he did a good cleaning and determined that the blower motor was going on it (as I expected) and said that to replace it would run around $650. I asked him about the cost of installing a brand new furnace and was surprised to find it was much lower than I expected ($2100-$3100 for our house). He was very thorough about what we needed verses what was available. From our talking about filters he knew my wife has bad allergies and even suggested getting the electronic air cleaner which eliminates 97% of all allergens. It was a fantastic experience and very informative. We will have them install a new furnace later on or at the very least, a new blower motor :)

Rodney came out, gave us a bid, we signed a contract. Haven't shopped around. We were able to have the AC installed when it was convenient for our tenant. Rodney promptly returned phone calls, everything went just fine. Very pleased with the process, will be using them again.

I have used them many times. They are excellent.

Very easy. They were easy to schedule at a convenient time, arrived on time, did the work quickly, and it works. It did seem a bit expensive for 30 minutes work, but that seems to be their minimum installation cost.

They arrived on time. I was amazed at how each person was tasked with their job. One guy began taking out the furnace. Another guy was prepping the materials while the third guy was prepping the outside. They worked in harmony. I was amazed how coordinated they were. It was like a fast food restaurant efficiency. The electricians came in around noon and were out in an hour or so... They finished the job around 5:30 that night. All tested and totally cleaned up. I even wanted to help clean a little, but they really wanted to do it for me... Great company from the sales to service end.

I called Brennan Heating on Monday after our 21 year old furnace had stopped working. It was inspected and determined that it needed to be replaced. They sent someone to give us an estimate the next morning. Rodney arrived on time and wrote out a fair estimate. We received a second estimate the following day from another company and decided to go with Brennan Heating. They were able to schedule us for Friday afternoon since we were using a small kerosene heater to heat our house. The installers arrived on time and had the job completed within 3-4 hours. They did a very professional job, were very friendly and efficient. Everyone including the person who answered the phone, the estimator, and the installers were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about the permits required for my city. They did an excellent job and we love our new furnace.

The old furnace was out in 10 minutes and the new in within one hour the garage was left clean and neat and all of the material and old furnace was removed.

Jason came during the proposed two hour window on a Friday. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. He correctly diagnosed a malfunctioning induction assembly. He did not have the part and no one could get the job done until Monday. I called around and found another company that could get it done before the weekend. So I paid the 89$ service and went with the other company.

It went well. We called for an appointment in mid-October, but they were not able to come out until 11/8. On the day they were to come though, Larry was on time. They did all of the work we requested and in a timely and professional manner. They did not object to accessing the heater in the crawl space. The only access is a small window.

Job went smoothly. Work was done quickly without any problems afterward. Good cleanup.

Some of the worst customer service, I have ever received, had to make several calls and finally speak with manager, in regards to finishing up the installation, which they just left unfinished and did not contact us for finishing. They would no accommodate our schedule, and we had to take days off work (they don't make after 5pm calls or weekend work). Have not been able to use the insert fireplace for more than a day, even though installation was in July 2006. The have made 5-6 visits, and had to order a part, which they said they would call when it came in, but they never called, and we have had to make all the contacts. Seems they were just interested in selling the product, and not at all about how satisfied (or dissatisfied) we are with the product. When calling them about repairs they give the impression that they are put-out at having to come and fix their incomplete and now non-functioning product.

Brennan did an excellent job... they were on time to remove the old furnace, waited two days as I requested so I could lay a new concrete platform and then they were on time to install the new furnace and gas water heater. It was easy and they did what they promised, unlike other heating repair companies.

The level of expertise was good, work was done quickly and efficiently. The technicians "furnace-side manner" could have been a little more friendly.

I am very satisfied with the entire process; from sales to installation. Randy promptly returned my calls, and always had the complete responses to the questions I left on his voice mail throughout the estimate/sales cycle. I did not feel pressured to upgrade my unit or add additional components to my unit, but I was given compete explanations of all my options. The installation team arrived on time and installation was completed approximately an hour earlier than estimated. There was a bit of mud in the room where the indoor unit was replaced, yet it was unavoidable due to the fact that work was being done inside and out and it had rained the day before. Aside from that, you would have never known I had work men at my home; as all remnants of my old heat pump were gone as was the packaging of new unit.

The Brennan rep called ahead of time to make sure I was home. He was on time and professional and gave me some helpful tips. He provided a verbal bid and followed it up with a written bid within a day. I decided not to install the gas line as it was about $1,000.00. I figured I could by a new gas grill and the propane tanks for a year for the cost. I'd hire them for other work. If I ever needed HVAC/Gas work.

The tech was helpful, professional, and honest. There was the potential to charge a lot more and the tech made a point of telling me to get the problem taken care of, so that it would be covered by the warranty. I wish I'd had all previous work done by these guys. I plan to have anything else we need done by Brennan. In talking with him his expertise, experience, and honesty were obvious.

Brennan was great. Showed up 5 minutes after the first indicated time. The service technician was professional, friendly, and helpful. They also gave me a reasonable quote for a new furnace.

Sales process was comfortable. Very friendly workers. Arrived and performed work on budget and on time. Clean-up was average.

I had three companies submit bids. Steve the estimator at Brennan was best at clearly answering my questions. Also, Brennan has their own electricians (instead of using subcontractors) so they gave me good deal on upgrading our electrical panel. They got the job done on time and it was a positive experience.

They were delightful. The price was less than the home town plumber! They arrived when they were scheduled, were very pleasant, and removed the old one (about 500 lbs) from the basement. The installation is beautiful, was done on time, and it works! They did a great job!!
