They didn't charge us after the initial job. They did a good job, it was just hard to fix. When they came back to repair it again it was within the next day or two and they were within 10 to 15 minutes of the time they were supposed to arrive.

I think they've been very good and so was my experience with them. I am going to explore the possibilty of them replacing my furnace all together.

They did a good job. They were polite, efficient, timely and professional. The price seemed reasonable.

The product seems to be fine, but we weren?t happy with the service. They had to install a system that would go through the roof to expel the air. We had just had a new roof done. They put the flashing light on top of the roofing material instead of putting it underneath and the roofer had to redo it. They were here a lot of times trying to fix things that they had done while they were here. There were a couple of technicians that were fine, though. Overall, we weren?t happy with them at all. We wouldn?t recommend them to anyone.

Super responsive, professional and fair. PSE had moved our gas line and in the process discovered that our furnace was leaking CO2 so they shut down our furnace and said we could not turn it back on. This was on Wednesday, Brennan person came out on Thursday to try and repair, but the damage and state of the old furnace was to far gone, wasn't even sure they could find parts. Since it's winter and we have a baby in the house they scheduled a team to come out on Saturday (no extra charge) to install the new furnace. The install team was right on time, took care to keep our house clean and work to quickly get our heat turned back on. They had to add exhaust up through the roof and out the side of the house. I inspected the work and was pleased the the level of detail. They did not line up the holes perfectly though which caused the pipe on the ceiling to angle a little bit, but it is not a big concern. Overall we were very pleased with the work they did.

I liked the guy right away even though he was a little bit late. He went right under the house to the furnace to check it out, gave me some useful information, and he explained how to regularly maintain it. He confirmed that everything was in good working order. I liked the rep from Brennan much better than the other company that looked at the system so I bought the new furnace from them. I don?t feel like I overpaid with Brennan.

The job went very well, but it was done two days before we went out of town. While we were gone my cleaning lady came out to clean and the hot water tank was making a horrible noise. I called Brennan and they had someone out there within 45 minutes, they said it was the recirculating pump that the worker had forgotten to turn back on when the tank was installed. There wasn't any damage and it is working just fine. I thought that was pretty good service and they were priced competitively. All in all they've been a pleasure to work with.

Initial meeting with sales representative went well, he proivded a detailed quote, detailed out and then showed me all the work that was included in quote, including describing where things would be installed. Once I got my gas service to the house they were very responsive in providing the service, taking two days to run gas lines and install the new furnace/water heater. The two installers were courteous and did good quality work. Overall I was happy with the price, exactly as quoted, and their responsiveness to getting it done timely, and somewhat satisfied with the installation, I would have appreciated better communication on the placement of the exhaust pipes, during the quote process the exhausting was described as exiting my east wall, which was preferable because that was where other utility services exited, unfortunately the Furnace configuration facilitated going directly out the south wall and I was not aware of the change until after it was done.

I have used them before and I have an appointment with them in a couple of weeks for getting some other work done. They have given good services for me. They were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they did thoroughly and I think that they were assertive. Their quality was good, they were very responsive and they very professional.

I am very happy with them. They came right away when I called them. My furnace had quit working. They came right out and gave me a fully itemized estimate. They were on time. They were professionally dressed and they presented themselves very professionally too. There was no pressure whatsoever. They were willing to help. After I received a couple of other bids, I decided to go with Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning. There was a bad cold snap and I thought that they would take a while before they could come out. They came out and did the work in 3-4 days. I was really surprised. Two young men showed up to do the work. They were very professional and very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a very detailed explanation of how to run my new thermostat. It was a programmable one. They were on time and they completed the work much before time. The furnace works like a charm. I am very happy with it. I?ll definitely use them again in the future.

It turned out to be a great experience. The workers were very nice and professional. They showed us how everything would work and where everything was. They taught us how to regulate the temperature device on the wall. I got a rebate, as our house was energy efficient. The price was all right. They hauled away the heater without charge. The workers were respectful and we had fun together.

They didn't call me to tell me when the part came in and I had to kind of bug them about that. When they came out with the part, they had ordered the wrong part and it was actually $100 more for them to put the right part in. I had them come to check out another problem and they couldn't figure out how to repair it; maybe it is irreparable. Instead of giving me a piece of paper that described what they had done, they just asked to be paid over the phone. They were also going to give me a bid for a new furnace and I had to bug them about that. They didn't provide that without me kind of insisting. They called again about paying the bill and I asked that they send me an invoice. They emailed me an invoice and it doesn't have their name on it or what the work was. The proof in their work will be how the furnaces perform. Their paperwork was sloppy. I was unhappy with their follow through. They were originally here in October and then again in December. I?m not sure if the price was fair. They were not professional because of the paperwork.

Everything went very well, and they did a really nice job. They were on time and they did precisely what they said they would do. Their prices were reasonable, and I would use them again.

The contract provided for two furnaces be removed and replaced with a single furnace. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The system is not yet balanced between the two floors but we assume that can be accomplished over time by "tuning" the registers or installing a damper.

They give a discount through Angie's List. They were recommended to me. They are quick and neat. They clean up after themselves. Their prices are in range with the other heating companies. The quality of work that they do is good.

I chose them because of Angie?s List. The technician was first rate and very helpful. They couldn?t fix the problem because they needed to get the part, but he has made that commitment to come back. Their price seems competitive. They were very responsive considering we had a cold wave here.

The work went quite well. We chose them first on the brand of furnace that they carried, when they could get it in, and the cost.

My experience was very good. They did what they said they would do and were on time. They were good to work with.

I appreciate their knowledge of the products and the quality of service. They were able to get everything done in one day. The work was done well and I would use them again in the future.

When I made the appointment, I requested an estimate for replacing my older heat pump. I also wanted my existing older unit serviced. The technician was prompt and professional and completed the servicing in a reasonable time period. However, the technician was informed by his manager that a sales person should provide an estimate, not the technician. The manager claimed the sales department "didn't have enough to do". Even though the technician had assessed my needs and was familiar with what would be the best unit for my home, he was told not to provide me with an estimate. Even though that was the primary purpose of the visit. I asked the technician to send me an estimate anyways. He said he would if he could. I have not received anything in the weeks since. You would think the sales department would then follow up with me to arrange an estimate by one of their sales people, but no. I have not been contacted since the original visit. When I take time off work to be available for an estimate and they refuse to provide that estimate because "the sales department didn't have enough to do", then they are wasting my time. I appreciate the servicing of my existing unit, but I will work with another contractor for replacement of my heat pump.

The experience with Brennan was great and very professional. We had some challenges fixing the builder's mistakes and working around some of the limitations that resulted from the builder's shortcuts. Brennan did a great job in coming up with solutions and really took the time to examine all the options. I would especially like to show my appreciation to the installation team. They were superb!!! Totally professional, knowledgable, conscientious, and really dedicated to making sure that the customer is happy. It was a very long day for them. There was alot to get done beyond the usual removal and installation of a furnace, so it took about 12 hours but even as it started to grow late, they maintained their standard of doing it the right way. They did an absolutely wonderful job with the installation.

They were prompt, clear about what they were doing, and they did a great job.

We couldn't get an appointment with them for about 6 weeks because we'd waited until the cold weather hit, but they showed up right on time when the big day arrived. Neither the water heater and furnace and been serviced for several years and he fixed them up as good as new. He didn't have to do much to the water heater, but suggested it was time to start looking at having it replaced so it didn't flood our basement when it dies. He suggested having the duct and furnace cleaned and gave a great recommendation for Aurora Edmonds. All in all, another great Brennan experience and we will use them again next year, but will call a little sooner next time.

They were able to check everything and get it up and running again. They were efficient, nice and very thorough.

From Initial contact to installation, Brennan was very responsive and professional. Steve come out for an estimate 2 days after I called, and went into detail about the tree major furnaces ranging in efficiency from 80 -95%. There was no strong push for a particular stove and Steve responded to all my questions. We ended up getting a 95% efficient furnance because in the end ,after all the rebates, the stove is not going to be any more expensive than the 80% one speed furnance. Scott and his assistant arrived on time and worked efficiently to put the stove in 7 hours. Other than oldducts that had absestos tape on it ( they are not allowed to touch or transport absetos, they left no trace of their work. He went over the specifics about the thermostat and fan. . IN my estimate conversations with Steve, we agreed that I would put $2000 down and finance the rest. When I received the invoice after the furnance was installed, I had been charged $2600. When I called the office, they notice that the $2000 figure had been on the estimate. They immediately fixed the error and credit me the $600 back. The whole organization has a high degree of professionality.
