They did okay. They told me what was wrong with the furnace, and I did not really have any questions to ask them. I used the Angie’s List Big Deal offer, and I paid double the amount. The cleaning and tune up were included in the deal. Since I got the deal, it was a great price; if I had had to pay them other than the Big Deal, then it might have been a little too high. The quality was all right. They were very professional and were here on time, and I am assuming they were on time at the rental as well. I guess they are going to go back over on the 23rd to repair a cracked heat exchanger in the furnace at the rental. The furnace is still under warranty, so I just have to pay them for their labor. I may use them again in the future depending on their price.

I can’t recall how much we spent. I thought that they were very professional. The technician who came out was extremely knowledgeable about the water heater and the repairs that needed to be done. He also informed us about a potential problem that we had with our heating system, which we wouldn’t have known about unless someone had told us. It was great and he was very good. We will use their services again in the future.

Thier prices were very high, it was 1,700 higher than another company. He was able to give me a polished presentation. He was okay, but it did come down to the price.

They were very good. I think they were very prompt and they have a payment installment plan which is helpful. The person who came out worked until everything was done. They were very efficient, they did a good job, and everything worked after that. We got some other quotes and they were competitive. It seemed high to us, but I guess they were reasonable.

Our old furnace had failed and we got two estimates for the installation of a new one. Our neighbors had used Brennan for their new furnace and mentioned that they were on Angie's list and were offering a discount for Angie's list users. The two estimates were almost identical except for the fact that Brennan was offering a summer sale plus an Angie's list coupon and a rebate on the Lennox brand furnace. When I researched furnaces I found that the Lennox 3-stage variable was exactly what we needed and it was the one that the Brennan rep had suggested we buy so I went with them. With all the deductions we received a $700 discount. The installation crew showed up on time and worked hard completing the job in one day. They discussed with me where I wanted the vents to go since they were unable to use the old furnaces due to age/outdated technology. I did not have any additional duct work done. The furnace is quiet and works perfectly with our existing thermostat. Very nice clean-up. The only complaint I have is that the main installation guy wore headphones playing music the whole time. Periodically he would belt out a portion of a song which would ring through the duct work...just a little unprofessional...it didn't seem to hinder his performance and I found it slightly amusing...others may not.

He said we needed to replace two major components to fix a leak and prevent another one in a motor,which would have cost us over $1000.00. He wanted me to call him direct, not the company. Had another company come out. He fixed the leak with a sealant, said the two components did NOT need to be replaced and cleaned the furnace again for about $65.

I liked them because they were prompt and they were good at their work. They got into their work and got out. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was a little high. They were quick.

Overall, I was happy with their service. They seemed to be knowledgeable, and I was satisfied with the outcome of their work.

When our furnace stopped working, we called Brennan's and never received a call back. I guess they didn't need any business!

My old boiler was installed in 1966. It was time for it to go. I had three companies come over to give me bids. The first one I never heard back from. He told me they didn't do a lof of boilers (as opposed to furnaces). The other company wanted to install the exact same boiler as Brennan, but with "bells and toys" attached that were "over kill" for my home, at the cost of several thousand dollars more. I went back to Brennan and have never been sorry. They know their business and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

They do a very thorough job. They have identified needed repair items, but advised when it was needed. They didn't push to repair the items immediately. They are very professional. We will continue to use them.

Technician showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He finished the annual service within an hour and clearly explained to me what he did and provided advice should I have future problems.

I bought three discount coupons for our home and two rentals for $68 ea. The cleanings and inspections took about 30-40min each. Booking the service calls with the company was very easy and they came early in the morning (8AM) so I did not miss much work. They showed up right on time and I was very pleased with the professionalism of the service person. The work was not complicated, but he seemed to know what he was doing and explained things to me. He also pointed out to me some issues with the gas piping that a previous contractor installed that he did not think was to code. Overall, I am satisfied with the work they did and would probably use them again.

Good. My husband called 6/21 and got a quote. The price for the furnace was $4,080 and the A/C $5,080 and then additions were thermostat $150, new heat vent $350, HC16 $460, duct cleaning $250. Discounts were $400 rebate from Lennox, $150 Angie's List, $500 warm weather discount if done the following week (while work was slow). Sales tax was $910. Received a quote for an 85% efficiency furnace that was $2,800 with a $60 Lennox rebate but decided to go with the higher efficiency one since the net differences after rebates was $820. The guys were here for a full day (12 hours). The lines they ran from the outside of the house into the garage look neat and blend in against the wall. We live in a tri-level house and the downstairs is always cold so we added a heat vent and the final result looks nice. The air smells clean coming out of the vents. I'm not sure if it's because of the air cleaner, duct cleaning, or both. The air conditioner unit outside is very quiet. We recommended them to our next door neighbor and they are getting a new furnace from them today.

No problems. Courteous salesperson; prices as good as any other quotes; recommended by neighbors; some contractors didn't even show up to make bids -- but Brennen did.

First we need to apologize for not being here when we scheduled them to be. They left a note and came back same day. Service was done, complete and on time. Only minor issue was the tech didn't fully clean the area before he left.

They came out very quickly, gave me a good estimate, kept the house clean while doing the work and did a great job. Basically, I went to work one day, and when I returned home, it was all taken care of; that was really great. They were a little expensive, but it was pretty much worth it. The furnace has worked fantastically well. I would use them again in the future.

Asked Brennan to send someone for Heating A/C inspection and minor electrical repair prior to selling our home. When our home buyer decided he didn't need the inspection I called Brennan and asked for electrical only. The message was never forwarded by office staff and only heating guy showed and he could not work on electrical. Luckily he knew someone who could show up that same day. So, Brennan lost our business and a future costomer due to office mismanagement.
