They were really responsive, the technician was great, and he fixed a simple problem that he was honest about.

The installation required the removal of asbestos and the decommissioning of an old oil tank. Brennan offered good referrals for performing this work. Once complete, they were able to remove the old boiler and water heater and install my new units in 2 days. Very efficient.

I think they are really quick in their response in getting out to the customer for any kind of issue.

The following problems occurred: 1. After installation the gas connection to the Hot Water heater leaked. We had been told to expect some gas smell therefore didn't call until a few days later. 2. The brackets supporting the gas piping were not installed to code and workmanship 3. Furnace Debris was not cleaned up on the carper leaving black spots 4. The furnace room was left with an oily residue on the floor, even after asking it to be cleaned. 5. The company did not call the gas company timely to turn on the gas requiring an extra day to stay home. 6. The company was not present at the final mechanical inspection. 7. The installation required me to be home for 4 days with no pre-warning by the sales agent. 8. The company charged my credit card for the 50% of the installation costs after the contract was agreed, appropriately. However, they charged the rest of the costs immediately before the gas was turned on, problems were fixed and final inspection occurred without ever asking me for authorization. Overall many problems. Discussions with management yielded no real apology and the statements of ?making it up? were empty.

The work went well and they showed up on time. Their technicians are salespeople too, so I felt kind of pressured by the sales pitch I got for the other things that they recommended for my house. The estimate they provided me for things that I did not ask for was almost $20,000.

We found them on Angie’s List and they had a special price for $ 189 we could do a complete tune up and service of the hot water heater. When they got here they said our water heater was old and rusty. They gave us quote on a new hot water heater. They also gave us a discount for being an Angie’s List member and our total bill ended up being $ 925. The service was great. We got other quotes from someone else after they quoted us and they were couple hundred dollars more. They were really clean and they cleaned up after themselves. The quote they gave us was the bill they gave us and there was no issue at all. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

We have been disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance in getting the problem solved with the heat pump.

We had our on demad water heater serviced and our furnace. Tech was thorough, n time and was a wealth of informateion. We were so impressed we have invited Brennan back for a quote on an A/C or Heat pup system.

I heard about them on the radio. They were great, we had difficulties with the actual product, but they took great measures to get if corrected. We bought and had a furnace installed and it quit working within a week, they came out and got it working so we could have heat and they ordered a new one and installed it when it came in. They were excellent.

About 1 year later, everything is working fine. I had absolutely no problem with Brennan's work. Friendly, straight-forward, good company. Everyone seemed VERY competent. As a technical writer, I notice these things...

Jeff, the service technician, showed up within the time window agreed upon, serviced the heat exchanges in the furnace and inspected the heat pump. I wasn't outside when he worked on the heat pump, so I'm not sure what he did there ... nothing major obviously since there was no addition to the estimate. Jeff was professional and polite and knew what he was doing. I was satisfied.

The gentleman arrived on time. After consulting with his supervisor, he advised me that he wouldn't be able to everything that was included in the deal because I had 2 water heaters and quoted me $140.00 extra. I paid him the additional money and he also asked me for a hose, which I provided for him. He also mentioned to me about purchasing a tankless water heater and quoted me about $3500.00 and then retracted that and said he would get me a quote for 2 tankless water heaters and it would be at least $7000.00. About 20 minutes later, he was finished. He told me that there were 2 parts included in the deal that weren't needed so I needed to contact Angie's List to receive the $60.00 credit for those parts not being used. I don't feel that he could have drained, cleaned/inspected the gas burner assembly, inspected the anode rod and drain value (later determined not needed to replace), inspect the vent pipe, drain pan, gas valve, gas line and gas shut off and check for water, gas and carbon monoxide leaks within both tanks in 15-20 minutes. The hose that I provided to him didn't have any water in it which also had me question if he actually did anything.

Tech was prompt, curteous and knowledgeable. In process of servicing furnace, discovered part that was clearly on verge of failing, so replaced for reasonable cost. Would recommend for furnace tune up.

He was great. It was the first time I had used him. It was as great price for what other people charge. I would definitely use them again.

excellent, there was some question over the rebates but Brennan made it right.

I had used this company for years and recommended many friends and clients to them, but then had a quite disappointing experience with them. The repairman came out and told me the unit needed work, which I found out it didn't. He also said parts of the unit were leaking oil and they were not. They were offering special pricing to Angie's List members, but did not give me that price and I feel the price they did charge was too much for the service they performed, or in this case, didn't perform.

In the beginning it went pretty well. After all was done he seemed to have sensed a leak with his meter in hand. He then left the premises and into his service truck. On his return he had a estimate on a new heating system. Huh? Note, I have alarms and meters in the house that he was not aware of. I later had another company I'll probally use come out. Much more thorough explaining all options.
