Scheduled duct cleaners to come in first, then Brennan. Everyone was professional and on time. They had no problem with my shoes free house and was good about putting on and taking off shoe covers as appropriate. Explained problems and answered questions patiently which I appreciated.

My overall experience was effortless. I was able to call and schedule an appointment quickly. The technician arrived during the expected time frame and was courtesy and answered any questions I had.

. A team of 4 did the installation in one day. They were open to my questions, involved me in little decisions (like where I wanted the conduit run). It all works fine. They left the site clean, no problems with the inspectors, and the price and equipment was just as described in the estimate. The service after from teh business office has been fine, in terms of helping me with the PSE rebate application

I purchased a voucher on Angie’s List for a furnace tune-up. He was on time, did the tune–up very quickly, and suggested some improvements I could make after I asked him how we could improve the performance of our current furnace. I was very pleased with the service. They’re good.

I used them off Angie's List. He fixed our problem swiftly. I have a few doubts on him though. He disconnected my electronic filter and wanted to sell me a new one. I don’t know whether that was really needed or not. It wasn’t cheap but it is hard to say because I signed up for a year’s worth of checks and maintenance and I can’t really say what the call was.

Excellent! The technician arrived early and I was not home (running between new house and old house). He left his card, l called and within 2 hours the technician circled back to my house to complete the inspection/cleaning.

I was really happy with the work they did. It was affordable, and they were on time, to the dot. The first guy who looked at the old furnace said that it had been installed improperly, and we had exhaust going into the bathroom downstairs. That was going on for 14 years. The Brennan installers were clean, professional, and fast. They said the window for installation would be about 4 to 5 hours, and they were done in 31/2. I was really happy, and would use them again.

The service was great. I have just used them once, but I did have a followup with them and they came back readily and it was of no charge. The price was good. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Hot water heater: old one removed, and they emptied it in on our beautiful lawn - it burned the lawn which took quite a bit of effort and a full season to repair.

I was very impressed. I actually found them off of Angie's List. I was very happy. They were very, very good. They did not charge me anything for the service. They came out to give me an estimate. They were very prompt. They came out to see me that same day. They were very thorough in going over all the options with me that I could implement in the situation I had in a home that I am remodeling.

Serviceman arrived promptly, finished in good time. I have this done regularly so know what to look for and everything was completed as expected. Overall did a good job and would use them again. Generally I pay about $130.00 w/o the coupon. So comparable.

Pleasant on the phone, the repair man was polite. He noted the hot water heater had run its course and asked if I would like an estimate for its replacement. He gave one. The igniter that he replaced worked immediately and I have not had any problems since. I would definitely use them again.

Their bid was good, not cheapest, but they have good references and have been around a long time. Installation was fast and efficient. Had to do some replumbing and rewiring, which was expected.

Great. They came in, took out the old furnace and even swept behind it. The new, more compact furnace has been working great ever since. I got a $300 rebate from an ad in Angie's List. Cool!

They were efficient and knowledgeable. The Installer (sorry, missed his name) was very patient and gave us through instructions on the operation of the new thermostat panel.

Brennan technicians replaced the old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioning unit. The person that wrote the bid showed up first thing in the morning and with a little ingenuity was able to remove the insulation from the non--working air duct which resolved the problem without cutting any holes in the dry wall anywhere in the house (just as he'd promised) and there was no extra charge for the fix. We were absolutely thrilled, because we had worried about the cost and what it might take to fix this issue for nearly 3 years. All of the technicians were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Brennan Heating & A/C to anyone looking for a new furnace or air conditioner. There was one little issue with the air conditioner installation where after use water overflowed onto the floor around the furnace. (We like to keep the house about as cold as the a/c will let us, so this caused a lot of moisture to accumulate and overflow the drip pan, I think.) (I don't really know the part name, and I don't really understand what the issue was, so I hope this description helps you understand.) Anyhow, we called the office at Brennan Heating & A/C to explain the issue. The receptionist was a bit difficult to deal with, but with patience and persistence we were able to reach the technical team, schedule another visit, and get the problem fixed. (Hopefully the receptionist has been replaced by now or counseled/trained to deal with customer issues with more professionalism.) Anyhow, I think one part was defective, so that had to be replaced. We can't fault Brennan for that issue, and they were right there to fix it. Dealing with the issue and the receptionist was frustrating, but once the issue was understood by the technical team, they took very good care of us and the end product works exactly as we'd hoped and expected.

The entire process was pain free and exactly as they described, from the estimate to the install. This installation included running new vent pipe and installing a new vent. We had an issue about a year later, where our furnace went into a limiter mode due to losing power in the middle of start up routine. While I was charged for the service, the tech was nice enough to spend the time explaining what occurred and why, and I am hopeful that I can resolve the issue myself if it ever occurs again.
