Very well. Jason was very professional and very informative as to the issue with the furnace. He diagnosed the issue within minutes.

Turned out it wasn't related to the heating or air conditioner unit. They also did a routine check since they were here. They seemed to be a bit pricey but I haven't compared them to others. They do quality work but charge for the privilege. They were pretty quick in coming out.

I'm fine with the people who did the work. I just felt that the product they sold us was just not as they thought. I don't know that that was their fault. It might just have been a bad batch of Lennox furnaces. So it took about a year for us to get it working. It needed several parts swapped out and fixed. And there were upgrades that were needed, The whole experience for me, when you get a new furnace, you expect it to function well, and this one didn't. On the whole, I still use them because I feel like I kept complaining and they did see us through. I mean, I had to pay for the maintenance, but they did see us through. I feel like they should have known that this was not as good a product as the previous furnaces that the company had made.

They have been very good to work with. We have ahd the furnace for 4 or 5 years and never had a problem with them. They are excellent, always excellent. We were a referral by one of our friends who had used them before. They were right there when they said, the tech was really good, easy to talk to, explained everything he was doing, there about an hour and then out of there.

Basically, they were hard to deal with. The workers were very mixed bag.

They were really good. The technician was a very determined guy because when he came out, he had a hard time troubleshooting what was wrong. I could appreciate that because I was actually going through a five-day furnace repair course myself. So, I kind of knew what he was going through and he was very determined to figure out what the problem was. He even called some of the technicians, some more experienced guys to get some information. When they were talking, they were giving him advice and he said that we tried that. He was a very patient and determined guy. That is what you have to be a good technician. You got to be determined to get the job done. Actually, I have used them several times and every technician was very good.

I found them to be very good. Everything just worked the way I wanted it to. The heating is much better now than it was with the oil. It is more even temperature. The price is much less. It is much more convenient. It took one day. They showed me how to work everything.

Easy to schedule and technician was right on time. Service was completed professionally.

We're probably going to have them back in the spring to get our air conditioning ready for the summer. One person came out and it took about an hour to an hour and a half to complete the service. They seemed to be knowledgeable, identified some potential issues that we could have had, and corrected those.

Information on furnace options was clear and professional. Installation was completed in a timely fashion and the installers were a pleasure to work with.

They were excellent. They are always on time. They explain things well. Honest.

Jack, my estimator was great! Was my contact through the whole process. Was upfront with costs and expectations. Installers were professional and quick. Cleaned up after themselves and conducted a walk through and a familiarization with the new thermostat.

Scheduling was very prompt and efficient. The service tech arrived 30 minutes after the 3 hour window (In all fairness, there was difficulty with traffic/parking). The service tech did the basic maintenance in less than an hour. When quoting prices for replacement items in my system, the quotes were 3x higher than list and that may/may not have included the cost of installation. Overall they came and did the job fine. It was overpriced. I plan on shopping around before using them again.

To have any furnace work done call them. They're good. They clean everything up put everything together make sure it's all functioning.

I did have a fairly bad experience Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning. The guy that came out was very rude, condescending and I would not hire them again. He came out for a nominal fee but I am pretty sure it wasn't through Angie's List. It was like $39 but then he wanted to like sell me an air filter and I remember that it was crazy land priced because you can get it them on Amazon for a whole lot cheaper. His attitude was just horrible. I am sure that they are not all like that but the particular guy that I had, I would not want to see him again.

Requested via Costco (Brennan rep. @ Issaquah store) an estimate for new house AC unit Brennan guy checked the house on 12/22 and said will provide an estimate for the new unit within few days. He also said Brennan will not provide warranty for the new unit since pre-wiring was done by Bob 's AC not Brennan. No response after 1 week. It seems not interested.

The technician was prompt and courteous but in the end it was a rip-off. When it came time for recommendations, he recommended that 2 parts be replaced as "preventive maintenance". In his estimation, they were likely to fail soon. I typically decline this type of recommendation as oversell, but I trusted Brennan to be straight with me. I approved the repairs at an additional cost of $573 for parts and labor. The technician finished this additional work in less than 30 minutes, which seemed too fast. That prompted me to check the parts prices online, and I discovered I can buy the parts for less than $100 from reputable sources. I don't begrudge Brennan making a profit on their services, but $573 for $100 in parts and 30 minutes of work is deceitful and shameful. I wrote to them on their website and never received a reply.

Very prompt and courteous. Got right to work. The tech made preventive maintenance recommendations totaling $600, which I accepted. He finished with the recommended parts exchange IN 10 MINUTES, which surprised me. So I looked up the cost of the EXACT parts and found them readily available for under $100. I'm fine with them making a profit, but this is just like a bad car repair shop - gouging a consumer who relied on their reputation. I wrote to the company on their website contact form and never received even an acknowledgement. Buyer beware! BTW, this review is 7 months after the fact because I just discovered that I never completed and submitted it when originally started.

I had received a quote from Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning. I was also seeking a quote from Costco, unaware that Costco worked with Brennan. After a few hilariously confusing phone calls and conversations, Brennan was willing to complete the sale through Costco and I was able to get a 10% refund of the purchase price (via a Costco gift card). Brennan got us on their schedule quickly and the installation took just a few hours. Although the air conditioning unit won't get a full workout until summer comes around again, the installation has passed all inspections. And I anticipate that, given how responsive and helpful they have been thus far, that they will manage any problems.

They were able to get this done the same day I called. I did have to pay an extra $150 for installers to come after hours, but I agreed and didn't mind. I could have waited the next day but didn't want to. :)

It was a minor issue solved quickly, professionally and with friendliness at a reasonable cost. They were responsive - you can tell the company is well run between the gals on the phone and the men in the field.

Excellent they even put in my own wireless thermostat.
