Scheduling was easy and the technicians showed up in the window they were supposed to and got right to work. They gave me good recommendations and completed their work quickly.

Brennan Heating installed my furnace a few years ago so I have always relied on them to do the servicing. This time I enjoyed the nice discount which even included the filter. Thanks

They were very punctual and honest with what they were doing to my furnace. Answered all my questions and even showed me their checklist of what they inspected and tweaked. I will use them again next year.

I had a good experience with Brennan. They were prompt and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. I was charged exactly what was quoted. There were no hidden fees or surprises.

Nothing special. The guy came, cleaned my furnace, said everything was OK and left. Didn't offer any other info, suggestions, or conversation.

I've had generally good experiences with Brennan Heating, but this was a big disappointment. They did not perform the services promised in the Big Deal promotion, and we never got the promised partial refund. The fact is I never would have scheduled a service call for just what was actually done.

The technician came and conducted inspection on both the furnace and the water heater. Found cracked heat exchange in furnace suggested replacement instead of repair because the repair would cost significantly. Gave options for replacement on a written estimate. Overall, the inspection service was worth the $68 price.

They called me and reminded me that I should use the pre-purchased service soon as it would expire. I looked at that reminder as 'thoughtful' on their part.I made an appointment, they showed up as promised, they did the work as promised. Exactly what I was looking for.Great job and great deal.

Everything went well. Tech was on time, professional, knowledgable, etc. I will definitely use this company to service my heat pump on an annual basis going forward.

They arroved promptly t 9AM as agreed, went immediatly to work performing the cleaning and adjustments on the furnace as contracted to do. They were done within an hour, cleaned up and left. This ws a routine inspection and cleaning, but we were happy with their job and efficiency overall and will use them again.

No hassles came in checked everything up, no scare tactics gave me a real rundown on the health of the furnace. Explained to me a small opening in my roof. took pictures for me. On time easy to setup and overall a great experience

Professional. Good company to work with. Showed up on time, very friendly, worked hard and answered all questions. No up-selling. Used company for two years for this purpose with Angie's Big Deal. In future will be using company regularly with or without coupons.

The technician arrived on time. He was professional, even put on booties to come in the house.All work was explained to me and he was able to replace a part without having to return at a later date.

Over all it was ok... the technician arrived as scheduled and was very professional. He even noticed a part replacement which was done when I purchased the house a few years before and noted that this item was frequently an issue with my furnace (a point confirmed by another company as well) Once the tech was done he thanked me and as I was working with another contractor at that moment, I thanked him as well and the Brennan tech left. Later in the day I went to my furnace and found a very large Brennan sticker placed on my furnace covering a business card from another furnace company. Then a few weeks later when I went to my breaker box I found ANOTHER Brennan sticker in there. I have had other companies in and they asked if they could place their sticker and I gladly told them yes, but I do not approve of any company placing those stickers without the customer approval FIRST. Was the work completed correctly, efficiently and as expected, yes. At a fair price, yes. With integrity... not in my opinion and why I won't use Brennan again

I attempted to contact Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning regarding their Big Deal via email, and they were unresponsive. When I called, I was told it would be 3 weeks before they could come out to do any work so I'm not going to be using them for the work.

He fixed it and it turned out to be a very simple problem.

They are honest and reliable and do a good job. They don't try to upsell me at all, which I really appreciate.

Awesome, excellent, courteous, hardworking, fun and helped us save about $800. Extremely helpful when contacted prior to installation when I had questions. Straightforward service call. They recommend the eventual replacement of a 34 year - old gas furnace, but don't beat you have the head with a hard sell. Entirely satisfactory experience.

He did quick work and was very professional. It was a great service.

The service for the deal itself was fine. The only criticism that I have is that the deal kind of enticed me to go with this company, however after using the deal, this company turned out to be extremely expensive. In the future I will probably do a little bit more research to see what additional costs might be with a particular company.

When I called to arrange the service, I specified that I wanted a 1-year filter installed rather than the standard 90-day filter. When we spoke on the phone again, I reminded them again that I wanted the 1-year filter. When the repairman showed up, he only had the 90-day filter (even thought I had twice requested the 1-year filter) and told me I would be charged for another service call if he came back with the right filter (unless, of course, I bought some additional service that required a second visit). It seems to me that they should honor the customer's request (I understood that I would pay more), and if they screw up, they should remedy the error without additional cost to the customer. Don't know if this is a communication problem, or if it's just a way of getting more money out of their customers, but I am displeased.
