Technician saw that we weren't QUITE due for service, but we decided to go ahead and do it anyways. In and out in 15 min!

Brennan's employees were professional, thorough and courteous. We were very please with their service.

I bought 2 coupons for Furnace Cleaning for 2 rentals. It was hard to get a response from Brennan when I tried to set up the appointments. I understand that coupons increase business and it's a busy time so I emailed several times with all the relevant information including addresses, contact info for tenants, coupon number, my contact info etc. A month after I bough the coupons and had emailed several times, someone from Brennan called to ask for my business (I'd used them the previous year) & I explained I'd already tried to set up appts without any success. This helped matters and things got scheduled within a couple of days of this helpful person contacting me. At one rental it was a good experience. The technician came there, inspected, cleaned, changed out the filter and talked to the tenant about the state of the furnace and what they need to do (eg. clean your filter/replace it every month). At the other rental the experience was not so good. The technician came out, looked around and then asked the tenant if she knew anything about the filter. She said no and the technician said, "Okay, I'll call the landlord." I never heard from him and when I checked it didn't look like anything got done...the filter was still dirty. It's a new furnace so did he not know where the filter was located? Shouldn't he know instead of asking the tenant? Shouldn't he have called me if he said he was going to? I again contacted Brennan Heating via email to ask what happened and whether we needed to reschedule. That was over 10 days ago and there has been no response. If Brennan contacts me and gets the job done right I'd be happy to amend this review.

Adam was prompt and thorough. He pointed out a failing part of our 24-year-old furnace and made suggestions including estimates. We would definitely use Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning again and are considering a furnace replacement through Brennan.

Smooth, timely, with good communication.

The technician arrived on time and performed the service efficiently and effectively. Although ours is an older gas furnace he told me it was operating very well and still had a long life before needing replacement. He also showed me how to adjust the blower strength to be more optimal. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The only glitch in all of this was that I had to follow up on an original email to set up the service that wasn't answered. I had to phone to set up an appointment rather than having it set up by a response to my email as had been provided on the Angie's List special for the service. This was likely a problem with Angie's list rather than the service company.

We had just bought a house that had been vacant for about a year. An offer for an end-of-season furnace check came up on Angie's List and I couldn't pass it up. When I made the appointment it was a little further out than I had hope for since I didn't want to turn on the furnace until it got checked out. Thank goodness the weather stayed warm! The day of the appointment the tech was going to be late but I was called in plenty of time to see if that was okay, which I appreciated very much. It ended up that he was only a few minutes later that originally expected. He went over the furnace and explained everything he did. Great job, gave me peace of mind that everything was in good shape, was very nice and professional. Great experience, will definitely call Brennan Heating and Air in the future!

They showed up on time, and got to business. Done in good order.

It was a very informative house call. We knew that we would eventually need to replace our furnace because of its age, but now we have a better idea of how soon. He also gave us some advice about our hot water heater because that is also beginning to age.

It did not take long since the water heater was easy to get to and in good shape.

Mike showed up at performed the purchased services. Mike was friendly and informative and did not waste time. Mike tolerated my many "What's that?" questions. I give a "D" for punctuality because the appointment was scheduled for 8am but they did not arrive until 9:30. They did, however, drive from Everett to Puyallup. I REALLY wish I could put a "+++++" in front of the "B" overall rating (or a "-" after an "A" rating), but "A+A+A+D+A= 3.4 grade point average. Punctuality is important and wouldn't have been so bad had a phone call been made. Mike's performance made up for the punctuality issue, however, and I will use again. Thanks Mike!

The gentleman from Brennan Heating was punctual and did a great job. He answered all my questions. I also asked him for a quote on replacing my hot water heater which I ended up doing through Brennan Heathing based on this service and their ratings through Angie's List. That went great, too. I highly recommend them.

We had Brennan out for the furnace servicing Groupon we bought and knew we needed to replace our hot water heater so we asked them about pricing during the visit. The person was professional and didn't push for us to spend money on anything unneeded. We ended up going with them to replace our hot water heater and they even came down from their original bid to meet a competitors bid. The installation and installer were excellent and we will be using them to replace our furnace when the time comes. Highly recommend

The tech came in to do a routine service, and was so thorough in his explanations, we ended up choosing to replace the old furnace, which is being installed, today, one day later. Very happy with the tech and the services. Have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

It went very well. My husband was happy with the service and our furnace is happily humming along keeping the house nice and warm. The deal was very good and I think that we would hire Brennan for future work even with out an Angie's list deal.

The technician arrived at the time I was told. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I has some questions about the furnace and he answered those. Overall I was very satisfied and glad to have the service of the furnace completed, free of concern as winter approaches.

The service person arrived on time and was very personable. He answered any questions I had about general maintenance of the furnace and then he cleaned the furnace parts, checked for overall functionality, checked voltage, and did some testing of the components. I think the service took about 30-40 minutes.

This was a great furnace service, best I've ever had. Murphy and his trainee were very thorough and explained what they were doing and what they were finding. Explained what we needed to do to continue to receive optimal service from our furnace for many years to come. I would most definitely hire them again and I'd ask for Murphy if he is available. I'm looking forward to getting the same deal from Angie's list next year. I'll be watching for it.

We had a multiple system failure of our boiler, hot water tank and valves for domestic hot water. We lost 140,000 gallons of water in just three days (we were on vacation). I called Cardinal Heating who we had used before. They charged $450 to spend a while looking around, scratching their heads and deciding that they would need to remove a wall to figure out the problem. The guy left and said he would come back with a team of workers to remove a wall and hopefully find the problem. Several days later I still was waiting. I called them and they had no idea when they could come, maybe the next week. They hadn't looked into it. In the meantime I had no hot water in the house. So I fired them and called Brennan based on Angie's list reviews. Brennan came out in 1/2 an hour, figured out what the problem was, told me I would need their boiler man to fix it. They sent him out the very next morning. He did not have to remove a wall at all, told me clearly what had happened, did a temporary fix, ordered the parts I would need and returned to permanently fix the problem as soon as they arrived. He made several other quick visits for more domestic hot water issues and I was not charged for all these visits individually, just one charge at the final visit. They were courteous, professional, pleasant, responded quickly. I will never use another company again. Brennan rocks!

I used the Angie's List deal to have my furnace serviced. The service tech showed up right on time, was extremely polite, and left the place clean and in good shape. He came prepped with the information about my Angie's List coupon, so there was nothing for me to do but sign the line acknowledging the work had been done. I was happy enough with Brennan's professionalism that I had them come back and install an A/C that some month.

Work was completed as required.

I purchased a deal from ANgies list for a cleaning and heater inspection. The genteman showed up on time and was wonderufl to work with and even showed us ways we can maintain our heater ourselves.
