They showed up an hour early which was great, although I wasn't home at the time, but they stayed around for 15 minutes until I arrived and could let in. They moved efficiently and the got the job done in less than 90 minutes. They were also troubleshooting my furnace exhaust and links up with the water heater exhuast and offered future advice and services on the furnace - but they weren't pushing for extra business like a salesman would. Just good honest advice and they were professional. The new water heater looks great in place of the old, leaky one and works great. Nice to have hot water again!

They were responsive in terms of request in the service. They got it done efficiently. No complaints.

The day after I had purchased the water heater deal through Angie's list Brennan Heating and Air Condtioning called to schedule the work. They were available to do it the following day. I wasn't ready to proceed and we agreed to do it on February 21, 2013. The crew of 2 arrived at 8 AM. They said they would be here between 8 and 9 AM. They had already secured the necessary city permit. They protected the flooring, brought in their tools and began the installation. They had the job done, the area cleaned up and were gone before lunch. The water heater functioned flawlessly. When the City of Kent inspector came he looked at the work and stated "beautiful". The mechanical installion passed and there were no callbacks to make.

Service man arrived on time and completed the work in short order. Cleaned up and left.

Arrived promptly, very friendly and did a good job. Recommended a variety of replacements for parts that hadn't failed but were nearing their end of life. It felt a little like an upsell - decided not to do it then. He didn't push the issue so it wasn't uncomfortable. I may regret the decision if my furnace has a problem later this year, but oh well.

Easy scheduling. Personnel arrived promptly, were courteous and professional and completed the service with minimum fuss and bother. A good experience overall.

Furnace servicing was done in a timely manner. Estimate was sort of general and verbal. The technician was great. He wrote down details of my furnace which resides in the attic and not easily accessible. I purchased a coupon and called to set up an appointment the next day. I had to wait about three weeks for the appointment.

No service was performed. Angie's list kept prompting me to provide a review and would not drop this from the list.

They were prompt. They were courteous, and clean. They did exactly what I expected.

I picked up a brochure at Costco and called Brennan for an estimate. The estimator came right out, explained what they would do. I thought it over and called him back the next day to approve removal of old furnace and installation of new one with heat pump. The estimator made an appointment for ten days later, and told me to expect that five men would come and would do the job in one day. The five men came on time and set to work. They worked form 9:00 to 6:00, with each one leaving as his portion of the job was completed. They cooperated with each other and spoke to each other like true professionals. They cleaned up every bit of material that was left over. The installer in particular worked very hard. He was having to manipulate materials in that little room, and breathe the chemicals needed to cement the plastic pipes. He was up and down a ladder, cutting and bending. It appears installing each furnace is an unique effort as each must merge with existing ducts and propane pipes. Whenever he asked for help, another man would assist him promptly. As the day went on, I appreciated being able to chat a bit with the men about what they were doing. I have never had a heat pump before and wondered about how it would work. At the end of the day, the installer relit my propane fireplace, gave me my paper-work to read, and left. I really appreciate his efforts and those of the other men. They were professional and capable.

They had a good salesman and he wasn't pushy. I am still waiting on a $1200 rebate from them and I had to bring it up to them a few times. There was an error on their end but they are working to get it resolved for me. The workers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

They worked very well. One young man came out to do the work and he was friendly and diligent in his work. He did good work. It was just a pleasant experience.

I contacted several HVAC companies after my old heat pump was finally declared DEAD. Brennan won. There is lots to love about this company! 1. They were the only company to include EVERYTHING in their estimate....especially sales tax. I really appreciated that. 2. They were prompt, professional, very nice people and did EXACTLY what they said they would do in the time described. 3. They LISTENED to my complaints about the old system and fixed the problems. 4. Several weeks after the installation I had some questions related to City issues and a difficult neighbor and they were very responsive and helpful.

Repairman arrived promptly as stated during scheduling

The initial visit and follow-up were carried out on time and very professionally. The service tech knew what he was doing, was efficient, and friendly. After the new fan was installed, I paid the $600 invoice with a credit card. The new fan has been working perfectly ever since. Positive: Although there was a bit of a delay on the first visit because of Brennan's workload, the second visit was expedited because of the fact that we were going to be out of town starting several days later. We were very pleased that they were able to get the technician back out before our trip. Negative: Upon returning, I received a follow-up invoice for $100 for the initial Service Call. I did not think that was fair, since I had described the problem in detail to Brennan when scheduling the first trip, and the person I spoke to agreed that our old fan motor was probably worn out. Nothing was mentioned about the service call charge at that time or during either visit by the tech. Positive: I called Brennan to complain about the additional charge. Eric, one of the owners, heard me out and agreed that it had not been handled very well. He also understood my point of view and agreed to cancel the invoice for the initial trip charge. I appreciate the fair way that he handled the situation and we will continue to do business with Brennan in the future.

They came at the time they said, backed up the van to the garage and proceeded to install a new furnace. They had to move the garage door opener. After they were done, the guy showed me how to install the filters and explained what they had done to replace the furnace. Another guy came and did a leak check and explained what that entailed and the results of it. All of the workers were friendly, nice, clean cut and answered questionsin a nice way. The workers seemed to get along with each other as well.

I considered buying the Big Deal for a furance install, but I wasn't sure. Brennan offered to come out for an inspection and discussion before the deal expired so we could discuss my needs and options. Because of the consultation, I decided to purchase the Big Deal, and I upgraded to a high effeciency furnace.The furance was installed on 2/13/13. The workers arrived on time, were neat, professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves, and explained to me how everything worked. I look forward to a more comfortable home and lower heating bills!

The guy was super nice, helpful, informative, and he even took care to be extra quiet since my too little ones were napping in the next room!

Technician "Paul" assessed needed improvements and the installation technicians made the necessary changes in a very timely and professional manner. I could not have asked for a better solution to the problem or better personnel to accomplish the task.

Their price was higher than the other estimates I received. The difference was in the price quoted for the permit. I called the company to have them verify the price for the permit. The original price quoted was incorrect and once that was corrected they were right in line with all the other estimates I received.

We noticed that our water heater was leaking on a Monday night. The next day we contacted Brennan about coming to look at it and they scheduled an appointment for us the next day when they would have the parts that they needed. There was a little confusion about the billing so that we could get the Angie's list special, but they made sure that it was done right. On Wednesday they came to replace the water heater. They were careful to cover the floor near the water heater to minimize the mess. They worked diligently outside the house to prepare it so as to minimize the intrusion in our house. The technician pointed out that the earthquake straps were sharp metal on the edges. Because they were near a light switch he suggested that they be covered with some foam like what is used to insulate pipes. With our approval, he put foam on the straps. Overall, we were very satisfied with their performance.

Our furnace was purchased through Brennan originally and we have maintained it using their service department each year. That we use them regularly is testament enough but the reason we have is their professionalism, quality and prices. We contacted them to arrange a mutually acceptable time a couple of weeks later. They arrived on time, performed the work quickly and left their work area of our home clean and neat.

We took advantage of an Angie's List deal to replace an aging furnace. Brennan had high rankings from Angie's List members, and after this project, we can understand why. All emails were returned with phone calls almost immediately, scheduling was prompt for the review and estimate, installation, and follow-up inspection. From beginning to end, the entire project took less than a week. Everyone we dealt with, from the person who set the appointment by phone to the billing person and the post-installation inspector, was very professional and pleasant and took the time to understand what we said we needed and offer thoughtful considerations about solutions. The installers found some damage to the HVAC system outside the furnace and took care to replace rusted fixtures even though it required someone to bring additional parts from the shop.

This was a simple inspection of equipment Brennan originally installed in 2008. No problems. The technicians know what to do and do it well.
