I've had no problem since.
Description of Work: Brennan came out and got me out of a jam. I had bought my own heater, a replacement heater that Brennan said they did not carry. It was an exact match to the one that had been in the apartment for 20+ years. After receiving it I found out that I was not able to put it in myself. (It was an apartment ceiling to floor wall furnace) I tried to get 6 or 7 heating companies to install it, but none would touch it. If they don't sell it, they don't install it. I explained my situation to Brennan and they bailed me out. I was pleased.

I will never call Brennan again.
Description of Work: My furnace stopped working so I called for a service appointment. The technician spent about 10 minutes on the Trane furnace and told me I needed a new circuit board assembly that controls the on and off function of the furnace. The cost was over $900 including installlation. He then proceeded to try to sell me a new furnace. This was not a "hard sell", but he just said that rather than spend a thousand dollars on an old furnace, why not upgrade. I told him I would think about it but wanted a second opinion. I then called another service provider (Air North Energy). They were out that same day. The technician fixed my problem and did not have to replace the circuit board assembly that Brennan said I needed. The cost of the repair was under $250 including tax. The furnace has been working fine since then.
