no response from vendor so i called them after a month. then scheduled work. for 3-4 weeks out. vendor called am of work start date and said they could not make it. told they would reschedule. never called back so i got tired of waiting after 2 more weeks and called them again. they said "oh yes we need to put you back on the schedule and then offered a discount if any other work was necessary. finally after almost 2 months the work was done. what they did was nice work and the can lights look great. purchased angles list order on Nov 15 2016. work completed 01-13-2017

Terrible, didn't get any work done. I took off half day of work for nothing!! I would like my money back please! False advertising!

Brennan came out on 10/19/16 to troubleshoot a problem with the wiring to the doorbell and fixed the problem.

Fine, they came out and took care of what I needed to get done. They have set prices for the different things they do. So almost all of it was covered. It was good, real good. They were right on time. They did real well.

Although they had to cancel original appointment due to sick employees I was comped troubleshooting a light switch. Much appreciated. Michael and Jackson were very professional and the installation of the 4 recessed lights and the removal of the existing track lights went well.

The team was great. While there were missteps - it is always important to grade on how these get handled. Everyone makes mistakes - it is how we fix them that sets us apart from others. The Brennan team made everything right and did so with an awesome attitude and expeditiousness. I would (and will) use them again on other projects. Great scheduling and great value.

We bought coupon because their site said they did this type of work, but when we called they said our ceilings were too high and the couldn't help us. Angie's List refunded us our money.

Compared to a couple of other electricians contacted, Brennan was far more responsive and reasonable. Other electricians wanted an arm and a leg commitment (half day minimum) for a very simple project. They charge a $149 troubleshoot fee + a repair fee, which sounded ominous. But, because our fixes were easy and quick, they charge only a small repair fee. Based upon how little time it took, I think they came out ok on the deal. I am ok with the contractor making money, I just don't want to be gouged. I believe you will make far more over the long-term being reasonable and building a relationship.

Overall situation: the company provided services ($800 worth of work) on four different small projects – 2 were done to our satisfaction while the other 2 were either not completed, or completed incorrectly. Brennan was contacted several times to come back and finish the work. We have we have yet to hear back from Brennan. Here's what happened: The electrician performed all that we asked, except for putting in the new lightbulb under the cabinet (which was easy enough for us to do). He supplied us with the name and type of bulb to get. We purchased and installed it but the light still did not work. We also discovered big problems with the sconces. One simply blinks at full brightness (dimmer does not work). The other sconce was not solidly attached, and it buzzes. I at first called and they said their work was complete. Since I had no luck describing getting them to agree to come back out, my husband called and spoke with Aaron. The sconces: the blinking is because the electrician installed the wrong switch (incandescent instead of LED). The other sconce needed better adhering and an electrician should come out for that. The under-cabinet light: the electrician misdiagnosed the problem and needed to come back to fix that. It was agreed between Aaron (at Brennan) and my husband that Brennan would call me to set up a time for an electrician to come out again. My husband called repeatedly and sent emails. Two months later we are still waiting for them to schedule a visit.

It took about 1 hour. They found 2 outlets that were outdated (GFI). They changed two of the sockets. Everything went well.

The work was done well, professionally and promptly. The only problem is that we were promised an estimate on future work we are needing done and they never got back to us even after several phone calls. Can't figure out why there was no follow up.

Their were available, on time and the price was reasonable.

There were no issues in terms of when they came out. It was fine. It was a deep discount. It was perhaps a really simple thing for him to do. It wasn’t really a repair job so much as a tutorial for me. I was happy to pay the $89. The fact that I have over fixtures and certain light bulbs simply did not work in those fixtures, and I thought those fixtures themselves were defective. They weren’t defective, it’s just that they didn’t take these newer energy saving light bulbs.

It worked out fine. They were able to do a small project for me. They were very nice people and professional. It was good. I had to pay approximately another $100. They were fast, efficient, personable and professional.

Installers showed up exactly when expected. They were professional, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves.My only complain was a small amount of damage around the dimmer switch. I would definitely hire them again!
