The team Bobby and Blake showed up to do the install, answered all my questions, made suggestions and could not have been nicer or more efficient! I will definitely call them again!

Description of Work: I needed an outside light installed on the front of my house which required running wire from an existing switch to the new light fixture. The service from Angie's List included the contractor service of $200. Brennan Heating ran the wiring, installed the light and I paid for the light fixture. The light is perfect and the service was great.

We couldn't ask for a better electrician to do the work. Very kind, professional and courteous. We will defiantly hire him again for our other projects.

Description of Work: I purchased $200 of time for $95 from Angie's list. Brennan's installed a bathroom exhaust fan and did quality work. They suggested I purchase the exhaust fan and have it available for install so I could have the one I wanted. I asked if there were any specific requirements in what type of fan I would need. They suggested buying a fan that would cover the old hole in the drywall to avoid repairing drywall and extra charges-sounded like a smart idea to me. When they arrived they said the housing of the new fan I purchased was too big for the existing housing so they would have to charge $150 to cut the drywall to fit. It tool them an hour and 20 minutes for the entire job and they wanted to charge me $150plus tax in addition to the $95 I already paid to Angie's List. I asked their hourly rate and they said $150/hr but the fans are usually charged by the job, not time. I explained my deal was for $200 worth of services and that since they worked for 1 hour 20 minutes, that was equal to $200-which is what I purchased. The installer then called Brennan to see what he should do and Brennan did not answer the phone so he told me he would only bill me for the tax on the $95 I paid to Angie's list. I thought that was fair, just didn't think I should have had to go through the rigamarole to get the deal I paid for. My two cents, I would use them again, but as usual, buyer beware of up charging.

Description of Work: Had a bathroom electrical outlet that would work sometimes and sometimes not. Had a Ceiling light which I had examined for possible fire hazard. Had an outlet that was recently installed inspected to make sure it had been installed properly. Bathroom outlet needed and had a replacement part installed while the other two issues were examined and decided to not be a problem. Electrician Josh Hutchings arrived at proper time and was very professional in his work and mannerisms while in the home. Josh answered all questions and explained his work thoroughly. Very happy with the work Brennan Electric performed and with their employee, Josh Hutchings, that they sent to the home.

Description of Work: Excellent inspection of panel, outlets, etc. Repaired one problem and made excellent suggestions. Very thorough and professional.

Description of Work: Changed out ceiling vent in the bathroom for a heater/vent combo; replaced switch, installed new outlet. Excellent job. Heater/vent unit installed would have been a little less costly if we had provided the unit, but there's a price for having the contractor take care of the hassle. Did a great job even working with lathe and plaster walls.

Description of Work: I wasn't sure if the promotion would cover the service I needed, so I sent them a detailed explanation of what I needed. I received an email back saying 'they were looking forward to working with me'. When I actually tried to schedule the job I was told that they needed $300-400 more. The job was to simply move an outlet from one side of the room to another, and the extra wiring to do this (under the house) was already there. The representative said that to do this they needed to inspect the entire wiring for the whole house first. Because of a death in the family I wasn't able to schedule the service in time to get a refund, but I still feel they were completely misleading in their promotion since I would have spent the $79 if they had disclosed this at the time.

Description of Work: Joe was a great help in his complete home inspection. He gave me information on all the electrical outlets, the panel and outside outlets. I felt so much better after because he communicated so well. He also repaired a thermostat I asked him to look at. It's working great now. Joe was just the perfect professional.

Description of Work: We had a dead wall outlet. He thought it might take a few hours and another visit to fix. After he left, we found out he disconnected another outlet so we now have 2 outlets that don't work.

Description of Work: I used a Angie's coupon to install 4 recessed lights in my kitchen. The process was easy and I couldn't be happier. My kitchen looks awesome.
