Description of Work: Installed an outdoor plug-in on our house. It stopped working a month later. They came right back out and replaced the outlet. (Said there are occasionally lemons.) No problems since the replacement. The entire experience was easy and awesome. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Used the electrical guys to change outdoor outlets and pull wires to add interior outlet. Had them back for an hour to change GFIs and couple of other switches/outlets. Then I had the HVAC guy out to service heat pump & furnace.

Description of Work: I had three light fixtures which the light would go off and on randomly. They simply redid the wiring for them. It worked for the light in the stairway, but did not work for the two other ceiling lights. Called to let him know and he offered to come out and replace the fixtures for free if I were to buy them myself (free labor). But never returned my voicemail to scheduled this. Turns out I just had faulty new LED bulbs in these fixtures.

Description of Work: They determined that the reason my 220 circuit breaker for my washer-dryer combo kept blowing was that it had been improperly wired in the back of the appliance, and a steel plate had fallen down and was shorting out a wire. So they wired that properly. |I also had a wall socket that was just hanging loose, so they replaced the innards of that and the face plate, and now it's safely mounted properly. |That's all we had time for, but I plan to use them in the future when I have need of an electrician.

Description of Work: The electrician fixed an outlet that previous condo owners had wired wrong and he also replaced a bad switch. Josh was friendly and professional, and he explained the problem and solution in an easy-to-understand way. This is the second time I've used Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning, and I will definitely them for any future electrical issues!
