Work was done quickly, got a great deal, and Joe was entirely professional. I'll call Brennan first for any electrical repairs I need in the future.

Joe was very helpful in scheduling right away. He arrived on time as scheduled. I appreciated that he only repaired what needed repairing, which was the wiring. he didn't try to sell me a new heater or thermostat. I really appreciate someone who is fair and honest. I would definitely call them back again if needed!

The first person I met with was very friendly and prompt, said my house would be an easy install. On the day of install the technician was a little late and he didn't seem to know what he was doing, he ended up calling in back up(the original person I had talked to) as he had drilled the holes for the lights in the wrong spot. The lights work and after some minor work on my part to fix my ceiling (texture and painting), they look great.

Overall it went great. While electrician's time is never cheap, I needed a professional to help me fix this problem. This was also for a rental property and they were professional and understood the extra coordination involved. I appreciated that the person scheduling my appointment, was able to give a tentative diagnosis and able to direct what parts needed to go out to the electrician that made the call. This saved me the diagnosis fee that some electricians charge. I would use them again.

I purchased the Angie's list deal that was $199 basically for 2 hours of service. I figured this was plenty of time to fi a light switch that was bad. Apparently there is some weirdness with how my house is wired because almost the whole time was spent fixing the switch. Even though I thought that could have gone more quickly, I am only giving him a "B" because I asked for a quote on replacing my breaker box and he said he would send it right over, I never received a quote.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Not only is their work guaranteed but the they are knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Bobby and Blake arrived on time, they evaluated the job, they explained everything and they cleaned up after themselves! An unforseen scheduling problem could have been a disaster for me since I was expecting overnight guests. Aaron, one of the owners, rearranged assignments and made sure my job was done on time. Luckily, for me he sent two exemplary guys that epitomize the company's goal of outstanding customer service. No doubt about it Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome!!!!

Bought a foreclosure. It had some minor electrical issues and I wanted to see what the condition of the electrical systems were. The Tech from Brennan did both. He was on time. Didn't get upset when I wasn't on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and fast. Most importantly, he didn't upcharge. I cant say enough good about my experience.

Joe Harrie was very professional, knowledgeable, and funny....considering he had to take down and reinstall ceiling fans that had been incorrectly installed the first time.

Electrician came to my place about 12:30 or 12:45(?) but was supposed to have arrived between 10:00 and noon.? Since this was at a rental unit that was a 50 minute drive?from my house, I had to drive there and be ready by 10:00, then wait for 2.5 hours.? Service person did call and let me know he'd be late and then?stayed a little longer to hang the new light, in addition to fixing the switch,?to make up for my having to wait.? Other than the delay,? everything was great.? I would call Brennan again.? Thank you, Joe!

Awesome. It was a little difficult getting it scheduled, I left a message but no one called back. Just be little squeaky and call again until you get live body! After I was able to talk to someone I had a appointment schedule within an hour. Very personable service, highly recommend.

He was polite, knowledgeable and fast. Within the hour scheduled he fixed two issues. He then did a review of our current electrical panel and recommended a replacement of the panel with 3 options (and prices) for us to consider. Then he also explained the benefits of a ductless heater for our house (no ducts available), including his personal experience. I got an actual quote from the company the same day. While there was this simple recommendation of possible work, I definitely did not feel that I was getting a hard upsell and got exactly the work done that I was looking for. The only 'B' for price is because $90 for 2 GFIs seemed a bit high, but overall I had a great experience and kept his card for future work.

Ever since we moved into our "new to us" home last winter, the smoke detectors have randomly been triggering false alarms, sometimes at 2 o'clock in the morning. We slowly removed one unit here and there thinking it was just one or two bad alarm units. We were down to just two in the whole house and it didn't feel safe....then it happened again in the middle of the day. We contacted Brennan's and they scheduled an appointment for the next week. The service technician knew his stuff, quickly diagnosed the circuit (which was not the problem) and recommended replacing all of the smoke detectors. It's been a few weeks now and we haven't had a false alarm. It was a little more expensive than we were expecting but he assured us that if anything goes wrong with the parts, they are covered under warranty for 1 year so we can give him a call and he will take care of any problems. The peace of mind is worth a little extra money.

Delt with Joe Harris. He went above and beyond! I plan to use them again and Joe is highly recomended.

very polite on the phone. I had an appoitment for "1-3". At 3 I had heard nothing and called to ensure there was no problem. I was told that the driver was running just a few minutes late. I called at 3:30 and was told he would be there within 5 minutes. He finally arrived at about 3:50. The driver had been late due to weather and traffic conditions. I can understand this but it would have been nice if the dispatcher had been more open and honest. Once the repairman was there he was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job and i would use the company again without hesitation.

They came out, prepared the stove for inspection and put it back in working order. They did the work around my schedule and were good overall.
