Joe and his partner arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed problems with outlets and dining room lighting. Found that ceiling fan had shorted out and would need a new remote control receiver installed on the unit. Joe explained clearly how to install a new one and where I could find the replacement. He offered to return with a new unit and install it for us, also. However, I am going to do the install myself. These fellows were so helpful, efficient, tolerant of inquisitive dogs, and they patiently answered my multiple questions in understandable terms. Excellent customer service by knowledgeable professionals; they worked efficiently and with a lovely sense of humor. Have already asked them to provide bids on some additional work.

Josh arrived within the time frame provided when the appointment was made! He was more then willing to talk through the work he was doing since I have no idea about electrical work. He finished the work in a timely manner, was professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for doing great work.

Great outcome, we received exactly what was requested and there were no additional charges. Our electrician was able to assess our home and determine the best option for creating an additional outlet. He did the work within the prepaid promotion in one visit and was responsive and helpful.

This was part an Angie's List promotion. Josh came by and changed out some circuit breakers in the main panel and then wired in a disconnect for an outdoor heat pump. I had the wires pulled and the supplies. He did a great job of taking care of the details, relabeling circuits, etc.

Two wonderful, very polite and helpful men showed up at our house to perform the requested services. I always put more on my "to do" list than I feel can be done in the agreed upon service window. Brennan Electric is the first company that we have hired through Angie's List that performed all the work requested at the discounted rate that they advertised. They suggested several items that should be done as a safety precaution in areas where our outlets are located near water. We will be contacting them soon to have this work performed. Brennan Electric is now our "go to" company for electrical needs. We use Angie's List not as a way to get work done cheap but as a means to evaluate companies that we want to use on a regular basis even without the deal. Brennan Electric is now "our" electric repair company.

This was the second time we used this provider for similar jobs. Joe did a great job. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, got the job done, and adjusted all the settings for sensitivity, etc. The new fixture looks good and works perfectly. Joe was very pleasant and professional. All in all, the job was a complete success and we couldn't be happier.

Josh went above and beyond with his service. He arrived early, was willing to take off his work boats inside as we discussed the projects, and then when he saw issues with the light work from my previous electrician, offered to fixed in in the midst of him hanging the new lighting. Josh 'did the right thing' and did not try to nickel and dime me for the 2 errors he noticed. I appreciated that, and he earned my trust. I will definitely use the company again, and request Josh Hutchings!

Electrician found the problem and got the circuit working. He was a joy to have working, and crawled into the cramped space to get at the source of the problem.

I was very, very disappointed with this provider as I spoke with them on Thursday hoping to get some electrical work done as quickly as possible. They indicated that their Lynwood branch would likely be able to get it done quickly and sent someone out the very next day (Friday) to perform an estimate. I never heard back over the weekend, texted on Monday and received a reply that the estimator would be sending a proposal soon. Called back again on Tuesday, estimator finally called and said they wouldn't be able to do the work until at least the first week in September...even though I specifically asked on Thursday to make sure there was not such a long lag in scheduling. I will add that they indicated an employee had been injured, but had I know this on Friday, I could have kept trying to obtain another electrician. Again, very, very disappointed as we have now moved into a home in which the appliances cannot be plugged in and many rooms without lighting.

Excellent! Josh was our technician and he was excellent. This is the only company I will hire in the future for electrical work. We will be remodeling our upstairs at some point and know who to call for our electrical needs. This company is top notch, they even gave me a military discount although it is not part of there standard policy. Before we bought this coupon I called and spoke to Brennan and describe exactly what needed to be done. The most pressing issue was relocating a wire in a bathroom renovation. There were a few other items (relocate two outlets, and add a third and/or wire-up a ceiling fan in another bathroom) that could be done if the wire relocation was too time consuming. We didn’t care too much about the whole house inspection but they didn’t allot time for that and a one hour service call. My wife (after taking the afternoon off work) to meet the electrician only to be told that nothing could be done in the time slot but that we could deduct the original cost if we agreed to a $600.00 proposal. He did tell my wife that the fan was ready to go and would "take two minutes" to snap in the modules. That wasn't true because the wires from the switch were not connected. We contacted Brennan multiple times to find a remedy. The proposal hardly seemed a deal so we went with another contractor who completed all the work, except the fan, in less than two hours. They agreed to a refund, twice, and later said the refund would have to come directly from Angie’s List. Prior to asking for a refund I asked Brennan if they would come out and finish the fan wiring and call it good. They said they couldn't because they had already given us a service call. I asked for a refund again, but were told to contact Angie's List. Angie's list didn't respond to our refund request either.

Joe was quite busy meeting the demand for this deal and we scheduled about a month out. He made an advance visit a couple days earlier to plan out the layout and understand the project which I really appreciated. He was courteous and punctual and was able to accomplish the project in a half day and kept the work area tidy, although I wished I had insisted on covering up furniture. Others may not have minded a bit of dust but it was a little messier than I thought it'd be. But I don't hold that against Joe. Really pleased with our new lights and they have worked well. Would definitely use them again for electrical projects.

It went awesome. They were easy to communicate with and very professional. And I couldn't believe how fast the electricians got everything rewired and got the recessed lighting installed. I haven't tried their hvac yet but plan to after this experience.
