Brennan Electric

Excellent for what Josh could do. He called 10 minutes prior to arrival as I requested so I could put the dogs outside. He fixed the outdoor light (minor loose wire) and replaced the 3 bulbs with outdoor bulbs. (I didn't know there was a difference). He fixed the light part of the paddle fan by disconnecting it from the electricity for safety purposes and covered the wires. The kitchen light has been the ongoing problem. Josh worked on it and it was working properly when he left, but by the evening, it stopped working again. I called and a few days later Josh came again with an apprentice (again calling 10 mins before arrival). He was able to get the light working again, but that evening it stopped working. Josh had talked to me about needing to either replace the lights or get the ballasts replaced so I knew the light would probably not work normally for very long. I will re-hire Brennan Electric, and hopefully Josh when I am able to afford the replacement.

The price was great. I was told I would get a estimate but never did.

Very responsive. The outlet worked when tech left but stopped working shortly after. Repair made on Friday. Came back out on Monday and found loose wire. Repaired and now works fine.

We wanted to install the outdoor security cameras ASAP and Aaron, who was the scheduler was able to squeeze us in. Nathan, the electrician, was wonderful. He asked very good questions to make sure what we wanted would meet our current and future needs. Nathan's work is thoughtful, neat, and meticulous. We will definitely contact Brennan for our future electrical needs.

He did a thorough inspection and found and fixed the problem in a little less than one hour.

installing recessed lights went very well. Electrician forgot to install dimmer switch. I had to make two appointments to schedule the dimmer switch installation. Everything done well. Enjoyed the interaction with the electrician, very warm and personable.

Marty came out and they did so much work for me in one hour. We had a two hour deal and I only needed one hour of work, he called his boss to see if there was a way to get the other hour at a later time and they said yes.

MR. Josh (I think that is his name) the electrician was great at what he does, very friendly and did everything that needed to be done. He is going to do my 5000 sq ft addition next year if the price is right. Thanks

Punctual, professional, speedy, tidy, and fairly priced. Based on the success of the initial project, I had them out to do additional work at another property and was equally pleased with the work. I have added them to my contact list where they will be my first call for all electrical work in the future!

Matthew Gardner sent me an email 10-4 which I responded to with my information on what was needed including giving him specific information on the materials I had purchased. He promptly advised me by phone that I should upgrade disposal to one he recommended (more expensive). Despite my experience with the original unit I cancelled that order and ordered another one as well as providing him with information on specifications and photos of area for installation with existing disposal of same size. On 10-7 he phoned me to ok and set 4 to 6 PM Wednesday 10-12 for installations with the proviso might have to cancel since wife 9 months pregnant. However, on 10-11 he phoned me again about 4:50 pm saying he was 10 to 15 minutes away. I replied he was not due until next day & I was on way home from dental appmt. Agreed to meet about 6 PM after he went to another job. When he showed up he quickly told me I should replace the sink water valves as he had bad experience with mine. I told him all I wanted done was the agreed to installs. He promptly told me it would cost $250.00 for the disposal install and $125 to $150.00 for the faucet. I said I couldn't pay nearly $500.00 for such simple work (I have done before) nor would I pay that much and he should have told me he was that expensive when I advised scope of work. He said okay you can tell Angies List you want refund and find someone else! He was very unprofessional from beginning to end and tried to rip me off!

A good experience. Marty from Brennan arrived on-time and was very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the multiple outlet issues. The chandelier install was a bit more difficult, but it was still pretty smooth. He walked me through the process and I also learned a few things about my house. I would recommend Brennan and would use them again for electric and possibly heating needs.

I bought the Angie's List deal for $89 for $200 worth of electrical work. The electrician and his apprentice arrived as scheduled and installed all four lights. Because the scheduler had indicated to me that the they could install all four fixtures in the time allotted, they honored that even though the LED fixtures were more difficult and time-consuming than the scheduler had realized. That's an exceptional level of service and customer care. They worked for almost two hours, accomplished what I wanted, and left the work area clean.

It went great! It was repaired in roughly an hour and the diagnostic information provided some guidance for repairing the lamp post lighting in the future.

The issue with the fireplace was resolved. In fact they had to send another tech out who had more experience with fireplaces and they resolved the issue. Fantastic. They diagnosed the outside lamp post and it will have to wait for another day. The provided a quote for the additional box in the garage and after receiving other quotes I chose to put the install off. Overall, great job.

The price was not bad. They got a really good reputation out here. For the electrical, they came right out and stuff. For a couple of other things I had questions on the call, their responsiveness has not been as great. Their punctuality and professionalism are fine.

Very Professional - Punctuatial, Communication and Work Performed. Both Electricians Jim and Eddie were caring and willing to take the time to explain. Prior to Brennan Electric coming out to perform electrical work - I had bad luck with Angie's List contractors (Secure Electric was a $399 loss - They never returned calls or showed up). On Brennan Electric, I would hire them again. They even came back a week later on the day I called them about a small issue that was on a electrical switch on the waterfall that was accidentally turned off.

This turned out just great. We were able to take advantage of the price. We got a lot of work done for half what it would have cost otherwise. The people who did the work were very knowledgeable and very efficient. I have no complaints about them. They called right away and were able to schedule and show up within a day. They were here exactly when they said they would. They were all professional. They were all licensed and they behave impeccably from a professional standpoint.
