He was amazing. He came within a half hour and did the work quickly and efficiently. He did a great job!

The previous configuration under the kitchen sink was not adequate, and was making it more likely that the water line to the ice maker in the frig would kink and leak, which was actually happening. Bobby solved the problem by installing a straight stop, instead of the pre-existing saddle valve, and reattaching the line to the ice maker. Have not had a problem since then. Bobby has done other work for me in the past and has always done a very professional job. He knows the codes and the right way to do a job.

He arrived promptly, checked out all of the problems, answered all questions, explained what needed to be done and accomplished it quickly. I will be calling him again for a kitchen faucet. The B rating for responsiveness may not be entirely fair. He was busy and did not return by call the same day. I called him again the next day and he was able to answer his phone and address my problems.

He returned my call very promptly and made an appointment for the following morning. He showed up on time and did everything we asked energetically, efficiently, and with good communication skills. He had all the parts he needed with him on the truck.

I scheduled an appointment with Bob about a week in advance. Bob arrived about 5-10 minutes late for our appointment, but he called 15 minutes before the appt time to let me know he was running a bit late and I didn't mind the very small delay. We had just moved into a new house and during the home inspection our house inspector mentioned that the water pressure for our new house was much too high (around 110-115 psi, and it should be around 75 psi or so). I called several top rated plumbers on AngiesList. Most plumbers said it was too small of a job to give me an estimate, but BobbyT's plumbing talked through the details of the job over the phone and gave me the most confidence of the expected price without giving an actual estimate. Bob mentioned it would be 1.5 to 2 hours of labor plus materials fees and roughly addressed the cost of the parts. He arrived with an assistant and completed the job in just under 1.5 hours even with hitting a couple of unexpected hurdles (the space to put the valve was a little shorter and made for a tight fit). Bob did a great job installing the valve. He was very friendly and he carefully cleaned up the work area when he was done to leave my garage neater than it was before he arrived. Overall I was very satisfied. Bob offered a 10% discount on labor to AngiesList members and that made his price lower than the other competitors as well. He also warranties his work for 1 year from the time of service, giving me extra confidence that everything will just work. I would definitely use Bob again. It's been about 10 days since he completed the job and everything has been working great!

On the phone with them Bobby the morning of the 8th describing my two problems: a backed up drain and a leaking kitchen drain. He offered to come the next morning, and said he thought he could get the job done well ahead of the time I'd have to leave the house. He came when he'd said he would, worked with great concentration with an assistant and finished it all before I knew it! The leak was in a rusty disposal, and he offered to replace it, but I didn't want it, and he had the pipe necessary to take its place. He double checked his repairs, cleaned up beautifully and was gone less than 1 1/2 hour.

When my daughter called me to check the leak that had sprung in the kitchen, it was already 6 pm and after I called several numbers, all Angie's List members, it was obvious that we had either to do it as emergency work, a more expensive option) or wait for the morning, but those contacted were not ready to come when I needed them to. When I called Bobby, he was upfront about how busy he was going to be the next day, and that he was also travelling in the evening. However, he offered to come at 6:45 in the morning because he didn't want me to have to wait too long before we look into the problem. I decided to go with his business because of how affable, accommodating, and flexible he was. When his nephew Justin, a member of his crew, arrived in the morning, something that Bobby gave me the heads up about as he had a morning commitmen, he was punctual, attentive, prompt, and quite efficient, despite the initial hesitation before we figured out what it was. The price that I was quoted was honored as well as the 10% discountf offer that the business had advertised on Angie's List. I was so satisfied that the next day, I called to make an appointment for the end of the month to take care of some plumbing issues we've been postponing for a while. So, I was a satisfied customer, and I appreciate how flexible and accommodating Bobby was with his time. I look forward to meeting him in person!

Bob was very professional and responsive. We were on a tight time schedule as we were selling our home. He worked around our schedule. Bob explained his work at every step and got the work done quickly at a very fair price. I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Well done from start to finish. Entire job done in 3 days. Started as agreed and ended as agreed.

My kitchen drain was blocked. I ran a snake down the drain ? twice ? but still could not clear the clog. I contacted a couple of plumbers from Angie?s list, and Bob worked me into his schedule for early evening ? no doubt a long day for him. He set up his power snake equipment and worked through the clog. That did the trick! He double-checked for leaks and that the drain was clear. Overall, Bob is friendly, efficient, and effectively cleared the drain line. I am very pleased with the service, and offer my recommendation.

First, he replaced a leaking faucet in a 1/2 bath, and properly (!) routed the plumbing for the sink. He also roughed in a valve for us for a bathroom remodel we are doing, as well as checking out some other more minor issues. The previously mentioned toilet was not draining properly (ew), did not sit correctly, had cracked the tile, and was not installed with the proper parts. If we'd called a professional in the first place, we would not have spent nearly as much as we did fixing the thing several years down the road. We had actually created an unsanitary condition for ourselves. Enough said. So, Bobby had to get creative and spent a few minutes coming up with how he was going to properly correct all the issues. I want to also say that he accidentally cut through a wire in our garage, which knocked out a couple of lights, and he hired a professional electrician to come and take care of fixing the wire. (The wire had been run in a crazy place, by someone else trying to save money, and there is no way anyone could have even known it was there).

I have been using Bobby T's Plumbing for over 3 years on all of my apartment units, rental houses and my residence. He always does an outstanding job, understands the complexities and potential problems with each repair to avoid costly problems that could arise (especially working on old galvanized pipe) which results in savings to me on my bill. His rates are always reasonable, he works quickly, and always has the proper supplies on his van so he does not have to go running out for parts. I would never consider using another plumbing contractor and highly recommend him to anyone considering his services.

Before accepting their estimate for work, I called 5 of his references and all had great feedback on the projects he did for them. Bobby and his apprentice showed up to our place punctually and were very courteous and professional. They were equipped with all of the tools needed to do the job and even provided some extra parts to upgrade our existing equipment for better longevity. They did a fantastic job of routing the plumbing lines from under the crawlspace of our house into the new salon area. The installation was much cleaner looking than what I had envisioned we'd have to settle for. Completion time was right on schedule with what they said it would be and they cleaned the place up nicely of all loose materials and scraps thereafter. They beat my next best estimate by 50% and I really cannot see how it could have gone any better. I personally crawled under the space to see the quality of the install and I am amazed at what was accomplished in such a restricted area. They come highly recommended and I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.
