Bob began work on schedule and agreed to continue past the agreed date to deal with complexities. All the work was professionally accomplished, and Bob was easy to work with. Job site was cleaned and tidied up each day. Finding a professional to do small (several days) jobs is difficult, and I would unhesitatingly hire Bob again.

It was a pleasure working with Bob. He is not only extremely professional but overall a very decent and pleasant man. It is so difficult to find hard working people who are good at what they do and charge a fair price, so I was extremely happy to select Bob for our project. He was always on time, and did what he said he was going to do. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, and would highly recommend his services to my friends and family.

Bob was efficient and knowledgeable. He clearly knows what he's doing. In addition to working on the specific projects he was really helpful advising on other areas of home improvement and gave some great advice.

We've finally wrapped up our experience with Bob, after him spending about fifteen days here over the last three months. "Bob of All Trades" is certainly an apt name--there's nothing this guy can't do! If I could describe Bob in one word it would be "patience". Bob takes his time to think about the task at hand and makes sure he's doing it right. Because of this, he doesn't make many mistakes and doesn't do anything the customer wouldn't want. In the long run, it's worth it for him to take a little longer on projects than another contractor might because you know you're not going to have to go back and correct things. Because of this, the customer also needs to be patient--you need to be able to have conversations with Bob to pinpoint what exactly it is that you want and what exactly he can do and sometimes you need to wait until he has an opening because he has a busy schedule. I would highly recommend working with Bob and I imagine we'll be doing the same down the road!

He did what we asked him to do and he did it fine. He is very timely. He communicates well. He does what he says he is going to do. He was a little less customer service-oriented than I would prefer. But he did what was asked.

Bob came on time at 5PM and surveyed what I needed and because I wanted him to hang two sets of light togther on my deck he felt he needed tyes to hold the two string of lights together and I didn't have any because I have hung 2 sets of lights before without tyes so I d idn't have any . He drove home which is approx 5 to 7 minutes from where I live and picked some up and came back and hung the lights and moved two leather chairs for me. I wanted to switch the two chairs. Both of these jobs together took 1 hr and 10 min. I would use him again but not for lights $ 45.00 is too much.

Bob of all trades returned my phone call promptly, came to my home to give a free estimate on the powder room remodel. Bob promptly returned a written estimate via email and I accepted the bid. With Bob's guidance, I bought all the components for the remodel. Bob started the work on the agreed date. The work took three days as promised. Each day I left Bob alone in my home to work and asked him to lock the door when he was finished, If I didn't get back before he was finished for the day, which he did. Bob gave me the option to paint the wall behind the mirror and take the mirror to be re-sized to save money on the project, which I did. Bob was courteous, prompt, cleaned up every day and always locked the door when he left!!! Bob's work is fabulous, reasonable and my powder room looks brand new!!!! I highly recommend Bob of all trades for anything that needs to be done around your home.

Bob is on our short list of contractors who actually answer the phone and return messages promptly. He's extremely responsive and always shows up when scheduled. He came over to give an estimate and see all the work that needs to be done. Bob was very up front about his skills, experience, and comfort level with different aspects of home repair. He asks good questions and follows up with lots of information, so there are no surprises. When he installed the stairs, he was professional and very careful about keeping the work area clean. The final product was a set of safe, attractive stairs. He charges a fair rate and bills only for time and materials.
