I called this company, talked to a gal who said that she would have John call me back. I got a quick call back instead from Gordon Wilson who seemed kind of gruff and confused as to who I was at first. When I explained the job and told him that I wanted an estimate he became friendlier and let me know that they were currently busy with a big crime scene clean-up, but to call them back next week on Wednesday. I wondered why they wouldn't offer to call me back instead of me having to call them again, but didn't think much of it. When I called back the next Wednesday I left a message on the office machine, but heard nothing back. Thursday I called Gordon's number directly and spoke with him. He was fishing that day and said that next week was impossible because the company would be filming for the t.v. show "Hoarders", but that he would squeeze me in on Friday. I thought "great, a company so busy must be good at what they do". Friday came and went, no one showed up and no one called. At this point I realized that my job was probably too small for them to even bother with, but I am used to dealing with professional companies who would either 1) tell me that they were too busy to come out or 2) at least give me a phone call to tell me they were not coming. I gave up and called another company who, in contrast, were very professional: called when they said they would, made an appointment and kept it, and gave me a detailed written estimate. (This second company happens to be female-owned and operated and I will write a positive review for them if they are on Angie's List.)

John, the owner, was easy to work with and customer-satisfaction oriented.

We had no problem with them. They were very quick. They just did it and left.

They were very nice when they arrived. However, they came out for the mold remediation and were going to give us a report on the situation the following Monday via email. They never got back with me Monday and I’ve tried to get a hold of them leaving voicemails and emails and they won’t return my calls. It’s okay if they don’t want the job/bid, but I would like a call from them to tell me they don’t want the job.

The work they did was exceptional. They came in and took all the insulation and everything out that needed to go out that had all the mess created by the rats. They asked all sorts of questions that I would not have come up with. They found out what the smell was - we had a smell that we could not identify and they found out that it was caused by the rodents. They tracked it down and got rid of all the insulation and everything they guessed it had been nesting in. They took out all the hazardous stuff and then put back all of the insulation and everything. They fixed things up that they had been chewing in and the smell went away. They fixed any other spot where the rodents had come in and sealed them up and sanitized and so forth. They got rid of the rat pooh and everything else that comes with all that. They cleaned it up and it was as though nothing had ever happened. From start to finish I had actually no complaints. They redid it all. They were really professional. They were very polite and very attentive. I would not know how to grade the price and would not be able to tell but I assume because the insurance company did not quibble that it must have been up their alley. They were very prompt - it took them not even an hour to get here. I would certainly use them again in the future.

He did fantastic! He was very sympathetic, compassionate, caring and thorough.
