Description of Work: Built up one corner of garage roof to create better water flow and added scuppers and downspouts to the other three (sagging) corners. Patched and added torch-down sheets as needed.

+ -1 moreI had a fantastic experience with Bill's Deluxe Roofing. Fast, extremely friendly, thorough, and quite reasonable. I called about some minor leaking I found on the evening of the 14th and Bill was able to get over to evaluate my roof the very next day. SInce the problems were minor, he rushed back to get his tools and make the necessary repairs, and proceeded to get all the work done to fix my roof. He also provided me with a clear, detailed evaluation of my roof's current condition, what work I should consider doing in the 1-year timeframe, and an estimate of what that would cost. I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: Evaluate current roof, diagnose issues that caused minor leak, fix issues found (add flashing and correct area where vent meets the roof)
