+ -1 moreBetter Window Cleaning made the window cleaning process EASY! They came out the same week to do the bid. They got the work done the following week. They cleaned the skylights well! Their bill arrived via email and it gave me the option to pay online or by check. The employees were super courteous and left a card when they did the bid and performed the work. Our windows look AMAZING! Better Window Cleaning is truly a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Contracted for Window cleaning at 1 home & gutter cleaning at a 2nd household. The date for service was pushed out continually by this company- at least 4 times before they did the work. We contracted for a specific price and of course as many people experience with service providers that price was increased dramatically. The window washing was sub-standard. I ended up washing my own windows as we were having a party the very next day.

+ 0 moreWe have used them for years. I like the personal service. Collin is the owner and he calls to remind me that it is due because I asked him to. They show up when they say or they call to let me know when they will show up. I don't know if their prices are the most competitive but they are reliable. I have seen lower prices and have been tempted to change.
Description of Work: I used Better Window Cleaning Seattle to clean our gutters 3 or 4 months ago. They last cleaned our windows about 1 1/2 years ago.
