Best Plumbing

Overall the work was outstanding, my only reservation would be that the fee was a little high. He was here for 1-1/2 hours and did not provide the faucet for the fee of $270.00. We purchased a $200 work certificate from Angie's List for $119.00 and Best had no problem honoring that. Above the work certificate they charged approximately $70. So it was $270 for the work, but we received the $81 discount because of our purchase through Angie's list. For the discount we received the price was not out of line, but if we had paid full price, I think the fee would have been a little high.

I had been hearing noises in the pipes and of course at that moment. I couldn't re-create the noise. The young man was very pleasant and helpful, I then asked him to change out the toilet fill hose in my 2nd bathroom, which he willingly did, and fast, but also done well. I would hire them again.

I AM INFURIATED AND I AM CALLING ANGIE'S LIST TO TRY TO GET A REFUND OF THE $149.00 THAT I PAID FOR THIS "DEAL"?!? CAN YOU RECOMMEND WHO WILL HEAR ME OUT AT "ANGIE'S LIST" AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER!!!! I had to "fudge" on the date the work was done just to get this review in. I am not having any work done by "Best Pluming" ever!

Buyer's remorse. I looked a couple times; but I didn't se who the provider was before buying the Angie's list offer, so I could not research the company. I sent pictures of the toilets in advance and asked for a quote before the service person arrived, which I did not receive. Once he arrived, he gave me an estimate for $304 to replace the $20 part inside of one toilet tank, I wasn't in the mood to send him away. In the future, I will not buy Angie's list services without knowing the vendor up front and being able to read their reviews.

Good job, although it ended up costing me more than I had planned on.

I bought a coupon special from angie list for $129, and they still charged us over $80 more for the service. It's expensive pay over $200 just for a faucet replaced. I expect the coupon will cover the service.

They got here quickly, fixed the problem and gave advice about how to avoid future issues.

Dave came out, explained what should be done and got to work. He dug in and got the snake going, within 10 minutes no more blockage. Dave is very professional and knows his business. It happened Best Plumbing was running a coupon deal so I was able to save some money too. Recommending them and will use again if I need a plumber

At first they were very easy to work with. The service was done at the end of July. This was done at my rental property so they worked with my renter to get the service scheduled and completed. Got the invoice from them in September but the $200 credit wasn't subtract from the invoice. I contacted Best Plumbing and Josh told me that I had to provide the coupon at the time of the service. The bill was very high for two hours of work, too. Josh said that I could have got a better deal with a handyman or different plumber. They stated that they aren't the cheapest plumbers around. They refused to work with me on adjusting the price or refunding the $200 credit. I also notice on the invoice they required me to purchase a Universal Protection Plan but I never told them I want that plan. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

He checked the diverter and it was fine for the unit. Switched out the faucet and reset the hand hose. all in all good. I just thought that what I had paid, the $119 for $200 should have covered it. However, they came up with additional charges that made the total over $200 with the $119. Therefore, to change out the faucet it was in the range of $300.00

The job was done and fixed and tenants were happy. It was a very minor job and I think the guy milked his time to get more billing than the Angie's List special.

I purchased some new bathtub taps back in 2013 and they installed them for me, the services were great and they finished in one day. I am under a service contract for them to come out each year to check to make sure everything is okay, they came out yesterday and again the services were great!

I called them to replace a dripping washer cold water inlet pipe. They suggested to change both cold and hot water pipe. They also suggested me to change the rubber hose to metal to avoid the risk of rupture and burst. The total cost they quoted was $710 + tax. (Cold water pipe $260, hot water pipe $140, metal hose $260). These prices are ridiculous. It was a shocker for me. I still had to go for it since I was in a rush. I would had been really satisfied if their prices were lower. Their quality of service was pretty ok (no complaints about it). They finished the work quickly and readily available to answer questions.

We've used Best Plumbing before and so when we got granite counters installed, we scheduled them for reconnect everything after. The scheduling was great, they showed up the day after as planned. But there was nothing wrong with the faucets or the garbage disposal, we just needed them reconnected. I was stunned that it would cost so much and will do better research before we do the bathrooms. Maybe that's normal but it seems extremely high to me. The $200. coupon we purchased was applied to the total cost so they did give us credit for that.

Everything went fine and he got my drain unclogged.

Excellent work. Serviceman was very helpful and gave great advice. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and would be safe for many years to come.

The plumber from Best that came was very knowledgeable. He quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it while also advising me on q.

It went very well. The plumber from Best, I think her name is Michele, arrived on time, did her review of the situation which was common install prep. work for a dishwasher and disposal. She had to work around two other vendors, electrical and carpentry work was being done during her review and work. She was efficient, so much so that the electricians mentioned that to me. She is also a good salesperson because I included an annual plumbing review that includes flushing the water heater. Finally, I came away from our meeting, brief though it was, that she knows her trade very well. I have complete confidence it what she did as well as what Best personnel will do for us going forward. It went fine. It was just the Big Deal charge. They did a good job. They were friendly and courteous. They were on time.

Was great, Michelle showed up exactly as scheduled, explained everything, gave me the pros and cons of different options and went with what I decided. Plan to have her check my system out every year.

I happy that the leak was replaced but still am a bit shocked at the total cost of this repair. I should have gone to school to be a plumber!

they were not able to repair but said they would look into parts and get back to me. Never called back. When I called again they said some would call me the following Monday. No follow through ever
