Description of Work: "My hot water valve for the kitchen sink failed and flooded the kitchen.I joined Angie's list,looked for a plumber right away, saw the reviews for Best and called straight away. They sent someone within hours. He was on time,respected my no shoes policy and was extremely professional and organized. He replaced all the valves and advised me that for the rest of the water damage I should call my insurance company right away- this was most likely a homeowner's claim. He was right and gave me much needed advice and I'm thankful for that. |"

Description of Work: Replaced the kitchen sink, repaired 3 toilets, repaired leaking tub. We have had at least 3 people look at the tub and identify different reasons for the leak. Best plumbing took the time to troubleshoot and actually found the reason for the leak and fixed it.

Description of Work: Had an appointment on Monday 8/5/13 at 8:00 a.m. Received a phone call from Best Plumbing at 7:30 a.m. on Monday saying that the camera wasn't available and needed rescheduling either on Wed or Thurs. We couldn't wait, and had to hire another plumber to do the job. Tried to reuse the coupon for other task, but unfortunately don't seem to be applicable at the moment. However, some people there esp Steve is very nice, friendly and helpful!
