Description of Work: the toilet in the main bath never was sealed as good as it could've been. Blaine arrived right on time. he was professional but not stuffy in the least. I felt like I had known him for years. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain his procedures so I could understand what it was he was doing. I have already used him again for another project. You never really know who might be walking in your house when you place a service call. I really hit the jackpot with Blaine.

Description of Work: replace a kitchen faucet and repaired the toilet. The inside mechanism. The cost was extreme for about an hours worth of work over $500. Of course this did include the cost of the faucet for $240 or so, even though I could have purchased it prior at the store for less than half the price, however he told me had I done that he would have charged double for the install, because that is how they make their money. He spoke with me over the phone, I never to this date received an actual invoice. to show me the breakdown of costs. |

Description of Work: After waiting for a call for 2 weeks they finally call me and tell me they do not service my area. When I purchased the deal it stated they serviced all of King County. They apparently changed that after my purchase then took their sweet time letting me know.

Description of Work: Cleaned drain, replaced inadequate feed hose to dishwasher,etc. It went well.

Description of Work: I had a leaky toilet up by the float...and toilets that seems moderately plugged up. I felt like the guy was trying to up sell me on everything and I just did not feel like I could trust him. I think it was his style that rubbed me the wrong way. I did not get the results I desired and they did come back no charge to take care of things...just not that impressed...still have the slow flow in the toilet but I do not want them back a third time

Description of Work: I purchased their Big Deal offering of $200 worth of plumbing service for $119. I live due south of Seattle and least six miles north of the southern boundary of their advertised service area (King County.) They emailed to tell me I was outside their service area, and that I should request a refund from Angie's list. | |After 1/2 hour of holding on the line for Angie's |List customer service, I was finally emailed a link to the web site for obtaining a refund request form which had to be filled out. The folderol involved in taking care of this matter was a frustrating waste of my time. |

Description of Work: Augured a clogged toilet and adjusted water line valve to allow more water pressure.
