Description of Work: Fixed a leaky gas pipe on our tank-less water heater.

Description of Work: On the first visit they replaced the old galvanized pipe through the foundation with a 1 inch copper pipe. On the second visit they replaced the cold water galvanized pipe from the new copper entrance pipe to a new tank-less water heater at the other end of the house with a 1 inch pecs water line. The distance is approximately 40 feet and involved installing tees along the way to cold water lines lines (kitchens and bathrooms) at three different locations. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. They also cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming the floor. I plan to have them back to replace the rest of the galvanized pipe in my house with pecs. I am extremely pleased with this business.

Description of Work: Wanted to hire someone to install a kitchen sink. Best Plumbing said they'd come out for $150 to give an estimate and that the 150 would apply towards the job if I hired them. This sounded good since I had several questions and a couple of different ideas on what I wanted to do. When the guy came out there was a lot of shoulder-shrugging and responses that "yeah, I guess that might work". Didn't get any useful information or help as to how I should go about getting the project done. His main concern seemed to be that I pay the $150 (plus 14 bucks tax) for the estimate. |I called a different company (Vortex), the guy came out for free, told me why some of my ideas wouldn't work, showed me what *would* work, and helped me put together a plan for updating the kitchen. And his estimate came in at half the price of Best Plumbing's. |I chose Best because of their good reviews on Angie's but was very disappointed. $150 lesson I guess.

Description of Work: installed plumbing from inside wall pipes onto sink in two visits due to cabinet installation. 1st visit: the water pipes were extended from inside the wall to outside the wall. Cabinets were installed. 2nd visit: completed installation of pipes to sink.

Description of Work: Replaced the plumbing under the sink and added the hook-up for a dishwasher. Quality work and professional.

Description of Work: I needed a plumber and needed a plumber fast as I had dripping water coming from under my kitchen sink and as these things happen, the water dripped while I was out of town. The problem was the water filter. The work was done and Best plumbing did what I asked. I was in a bit of a frazzle as my floors were buckling, the cabinets were soaked and what I could have used was some experienced guidance. The plumber did what I asked but I didn't know what to ask so he replaced the water filter. Looking back it was obvious that cabinets and the floors were destroyed. It is hard for me to rate the job . . . Best did their best.

Description of Work: We felt the discount really didn't amount to much once all was said and done. There was nothing exceptional about their service or product. They were messy and used our personal bathtowels to wipe their filthy hands. They did not attempt to minimize the mess or clean up afterward.
