They contacted me to schedule the deal and came out within the two hour period that they said. .He did not do a good job of cleaning inside the bathtub, but that was minor. The man was very honest and upfront about what to do and what not to do. He did not try to overcharge me. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

I purchased one new toilet and installation from Best Plumbing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty well. They came out when they said they would be here and they were on time. I had them do a little bit more so they stayed a little longer so I paid an additional $30-40. They did good work. I would probably use them again.

No advance call and they were late. Plumber started by telling us what they would not do and what the additional cost would be. We explained this was an Angie's List Big Deal. He dropped the additional cost, while grumbling. He did the work, complaining all the way. Felt like I had to monitor him and his work to ensure it was all done, and no corners were cut.

David came on time. Wished that he was more prepared to do my job. Worked on my projects. He spent more time trying to find and get parts. It was stressful at times as I had a two hour window to have the main water valve off in my condo complex. David was nice and really made an effort to get things done but I was upset he wasnt prepared to do my entire job that day. By the time he got the parts, he did a good job but he was rushed because of parts issue. Im sure they do a good job for customers in general.

Everything was fine. The repairman was quite knowledgeable. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The whole thing would have come to $500. The pricing was confusing and kept changing. I felt that the prices were so inflated. He wanted to replace the whole one side of the toilet instead of just adjusting it, he couldn't tell me why it needed to be replaced. He said it would take him longer to diagnose the problem than to replace it. He didn't seem to care. It was an unpleasant experience.

I wasn't there in person, but scheduling was easy, staff was punctual and finished the job to satisfaction. Cost a little more than the bid deal price, but I half expected that.

I thought the plumbing prices were too high. The company was willing to offer $72.00 off the total of $300, after I had already purchased the toilet. I was able to find a company to install the toilet for $149.00.

EVERYTHING TURNED OUT JUST FINE. THEY DID THE JOB THAT I NEEDED THEM TO DO AND IT WAS WELL DONE. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT AFTER ALL IT WAS SAID AND DONE, IT WAS STILL EXPENSIVE. I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ANGIE’S LIST BIG DEAL AND THEN PAYING THE REMAINDER OF THE COST TO THE PROVIDER. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THERE, BECAUSE IT WAS EXPENSIVE.

Brett was the serviceman. I asked for additional services and he took the |time to take care of it all, keeping the costs down as much as possible. |He did not have the parts for repair to an old faucet we have, but he did |restore it to usefulness, without charge. Brett was very efficient and left |his work sites clean ! This was our first Angie's List provider, and it was an exceptional experience.

Came out, problem failed to replicate. Provided estimate for fix if desired in future. Coupon value used for a very short visit. Still pendimg devision to fix or not.

He came and installed the new wax ring.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. I think I paid an additional $30 on top of the Big Deal price. It was my first time to use them. The plumber that came was very professional and friendly. The services they provided was limited but it was fine.

BUYER BE WARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING FOR $119. I must take responsibility for part of the problem. I read the services that were included in the Angie's List - Big Deal and thought that's what my $119 would buy me. We were billed at their "Value Rate" for EACH repair item (I'm not sure, but it looks as though this is 7% off their "Standard Rate"). The total bill came to $420.43, this included an additional $89 Universal Protection Plan which I chose to purchase. They deducted $200 for the Angie's List Coupon which I paid $119 for, making my final cost $339.43. I felt the way the deal was presented was somewhat misleading and used as a means to get into my home. I gave them a B rating Overall because of the quality of the work and the unexpected additional cost to me. We still have a little problem with slow drainage. The reason I included, in the report above, that I would use them again is because I purchased the $89 Universal Protection Plan.

Our dishwasher was not draining water. The first time they came they said a hose was kinked but the problem came back. They returned for a second visit and saw that it was another part that was causing the problem and replaced it, which fixed it. They had a warranty on their first visit and did not make use pay for the second visit.

Michele arrived promptly at 8 a.m., I live in a condo that requires a water turn off to the entire building to replace parts, we knocked on doors to clear an early turn off of the water and needed to wait to accommodate another resident. She was very gracious regarding the delay of her work. The work itself only took about an hour. She alerted me to an extended service contract available through Best Plumbing and a discount for being an Angie's list member and applied them to my charges. My husband and I are planning to update both of our bathrooms and the kitchen, we will definitely be calling Best Plumbing again.

I opted not to have Best Plumbing do this work. The estimate I was given was $262.97. This was in addition to the $125 value of the coupon. So the estimated cost just to replace the bathroom sink faucet would have been $387.97. My actual out-of-pocket expense would have been $262.97 + $50 (for the coupon) = $312.97. The gentleman who came to my house called in advance of his arrival to ask if he could come early. He was courteous and polite. I've done business with Best Plumbing before and had a good experience. I just thought this was an excessive charge for a simple installation. I'm not a DIY expert but I purchased the Angie's List coupon assuming $125 would cover the cost of installing a bathroom faucet. Given the estimated cost, I opted to install the fixture myself. It took me less than an hour from start to finish.

Cleared out underground drain pipe.

He looked at the faucet, explained what was wrong and replaced it. In addition, he found there was some blockage in the pipe and he corrected. He also checked the water pressure for us. Nice guy; on time; very knowledgeable.

After a few cancelled appointments, and not calling me back, they got the job done. Once on site, the job took about 30 minutes to complete. Worker left a mess behind the washing machine...left over parts, and a small puddle of water. I don't think he thought I would check his work.

They handled the work fast and quick. I was pleased with the service. I was satisfied as he handled the work in a professional manner.

The gentleman who came to my home should take a bow and so should Best Plumbing for having the wherewithal to have hired this guy. I had just put my townhouse on the market and this was my very first time ever selling something of this magnitude. While in the process of selling, I decided that I needed a new kitchen to make this thing sell quickly. I currently live with my fiancee and our 2 year old son, and we have another bun in the oven and he is coming in February, so the sense of urgency was at an all time high to get this done. I had delisted my home for a week so I could get the kitchen put in and we had showings lined up for that weekend. I purchased this job on Angie's List and Best Plumbing was prompt in calling me and setting up a time that week to get the work done. The gentleman had come at the appointed time, ON TIME, to provide the service. Unfortunately, the guy who had laid the granite counter tops had not arrived yet, and wouldn't so for a few more hours to drill the hole for the new faucet. The man at Best Plumbing could not wait but he had a job that night down the street that would take him until around 5AM. After that it was his day off but he was willing to come over right after that and do the job for me. Not only did he show up, he knocked it out of the park. I could not be more thankful to him and to Best Plumbing for providing this outstanding service in a time of need. I will always come back and you can bet when I purchase our new home and we need some plumbing work, Best Plumbing will be on the other end.

The guys that came to my home were very nice and respectful. They took out the old hot water heater and replaced it with a new one that I purchased from Lowes. My mistake was I didn't check with Lowes to see how much they charge to put in a hot water heater, $200 dollars cheaper. After a week the hot water tank started to leak and I called them back. It was just after 5 pm so I ended up getting the guy that works after hours. He seemed nice but wasn't in anyway going to help me because he felt that it was Whirlpools problem and it was a bad water heater. Meanwhile water is pouring out of the tank all over the wood floor and I didn't know what to do. I finally had to shut the water off to the whole house to keep it from ruining my floor. I did call Whirlpool and they issued me a new tank but I had to pay for the installation AGAIN because we didn't have Lowes install it the first time. We had to go purchase another hot water tank and this time had Lowes install it. They did it the next day and did a better job because they made it so it was up to code.
