Two Minor Rebuilds of toilet tanks apprx $500. This took 30 minutes and less than $20 dollars of parts. First toilet is still not working properly and when I explained this to them and they did not even offer to come back out and fix it. There sole concern was not if I was satisfied with the service and if the toilets were working it was to simply get paid. So a plumber makes $1000 dollars an hour??? More than any attorney that I have ever worked with. Great business model, quote a housewife ahead of time who has no idea how much time this should take, and then pretend that this is fair because it was quoted ahead of time. My wife thought the plumber would be there for half of the day, not 30 minutes... On top of that when I called to question the bill right after I received it, they did not even return my phone call. Then they send another bill and charge me a late fee?? Are you kidding me?? First you over charge me for a toilet that you did not fix and then charge a late fee instead of returning my phone call?? Never again, never again.

I got the $119 for $200 worth of plumbing services coupon on Angie's list. Little did I know that it was worth nothing. I was planning to get two toilet valve leak problems fixed, the kitchen sink plumbing leak fixed, get a bathtub faucet leak fixed, and get a new shower head installed. He quoted me a price of about $800. Even before quoting me the price, he prepared me for the sticker shock by telling me how plumbing was expensive and they don't charge by the hour, and only by the job, no matter how long it takes. When I heard the price, I said I just wanted to use my coupon and asked him to get the kitchen sink leak fixed. He worked on it for hardly 20 minutes and charged me $396 for it.

Just need 2 bathroom faucets installed. When I called company I asked if the service would cost more than the $200 worth of package. They said maybe a bit. Woman came and wrote up estimate of $530 for what she said would be 2 hrs worth of work. I felt duped to even have had them come out!

I would definitely recommend them. They did very good work. They were very knowledgeable, punctual and professional so they were good.

I wanted to replace the faucet with a cheap one from home depot, but the plumber said my faucet was good quality and just needed to change a small part, I was in a hurry so I did not think too much and I signed the paper. I came back and shocked to learn it cost that much. it could buy more than several new faucet already. Lesson: do not sign the paper and do your home work, check out homedepot.com. these are not honest people!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were perfect about everything and got everything done in one day. They only came one time. There was some material required so I paid additional over the Big Deal price. He was good, to the point and I have no problems with the work he did .

Technician was late, flat tire, but called to let me know. When he arrived, he was personable and knowledgeable. He surveyed the tasks and produced a bid for the services required including the original deal. The cost was much higher than I expected but in their defense, it's the first time I've employed plumbing services. After checking their prices seem to be in line with others in the field. He did excellent work and was neat, quick and efficient. His work was satisfactory and I have had no problems ongoing.

We live in an older home, and prior residents have clearly done work themselves that was sub-par. We use Best Plumbing any time we have an issue or need to replace something, which means they're slowly replacing any shoddy work that was done by previous plumbers or non-professionals. Truly, I haven't shopped around to know if their prices are the best, but we trust them to do a good job every time. Each plumber who has come out has been knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer questions. We're consistently satisfied with the work that they do, and I'm very happy to use a local company that doesn't spend a pile of money on advertising...and pass the cost of billboards and bus ads on to us.

Everything went ok and worked out. They fixed some things that were required to sell my home.

He came over and I did not have any big projects for him to do. All I needed was a water line connected to my freezer. I needed a new outside faucet in my back yard too. He barely looked at everything and he told me it was going to be about $800-$1000. I met him on my lunch break and I wanted an estimate over what I had already paid. He was nice, but I feel like there was not much effort put into looking at what I needed done. .

Best Plumbing was great. They were able to change my original time from the afternoon to morning hours. They were on time and professional. Everything went perfect.

Best Plumbing came by an gave us an estimated cost. And the coupon that we bought is not enough. The estimation was about $350 so we decided not to use them.

I purchased the big deal and then realized I only had a three day window to schedule the work, so I did not end up using it and got a refund.

Very bad!. This deal was obviously a bate and switch. Unfortunately I took their bate and purchased a $200 value for $119 for $200 worth of pluming work. To remove an exterior faucet that had ruptured during a freeze it cost almost $700. The only thing they had to do was unscrew the bib and replace it with a new one. In addition the math on the bill was wrong as I was over charged by an additional $45 after being ripped off at an amazing rate. It took less than an hour and the materials could not have cost more than $40, so figure the hourly rate. Avoid them at all cost!!!

I purchased a Big Deal for Best Plumbing, $130 of plumbing work for $72. When the Best Employee came out to give us an estimate, he wanted an additional $300 to do the repair of a small exposed PVC pipe. I work for a commercial plumbing company, I was told by one of our plumbers the part would be approximately $15 and the fix would take 10 minutes. Needless to say, we decided not to pay the equivalent of $430 for a $60 repair ($15 part, $45 for labor). I gave them an F rating, I felt this was very much a bait and switch type of experience and asked for my money back. I never heard from them, I just found out that refunds have to be requested directly from Angie's List, so I am submitting my refund request for this transaction.

The service dude Randy arrived on time and started work right away. He ran some new water lines and piping then installed the dishwasher. All went smoothly and the process took less than 2 hours. Price quote was honored with no extra cost. Would definitely use Best Plumbing again, specifically asking for Randy.

I have to admit, I'm tired of writing reviews but the guys at Best Plumbing are awesome. I purchased an old 1960's home and most of the pipes are going bad or in constant need of some type of repair. My first experience with Best Plumbing was about 1.5 years ago and I've gone back to them since. I guess Randy is responsible for my service area and I've always felt like he quoted me a fair price, was technically capable and an all around good guy. More importantly, they always find a way to work me into their schedule--even when I call at the last minute.

I needed work done on my sink drains. He did not service my sink, but he did unclog my toilets without a charge. He was very nice.

We were about to leave town for a while when our kitchen sink clogged up. With dishes piling up and a guest coming to house sit it felt like a plumbing emergency! With great service hours and a full, reliable staff on hand they were able to accommodate us quickly; which was such a relief! Our repair expert was friendly and knowledgeable and cleared the drain in record time. He even had parts on hand to repair a leak he'd found that could've caused a much bigger problem if left unnoticed. They definitely saved the day in a fast, professional and budget-friendly way. We highly recommend this great local business.

They were competent, professional, and knowledgeable. I just think they were extremely expensive. The estimate they gave me more than two times the price I was receiving from other plumbers. For the same work, I was able to find another company that was in my price range.

It was just fine. The plumber was knowledgeable. I might use them again.

It was quick and easy and also received valuable pointers from plumber to help avoid in future.

They fixed a leaky faucet. It’s been quite a while, but I know they fixed our problem. There may have been a minimum that was more than $130 worth of services.

He did a very professional job and completed the job in the time specified. He provided me options and noted that my toilets were old and recommended I swap out all the components, which I did.

They were great and professional. They were also courteous and knowledgeable.
