Brought my broken pressure washer to them on a Friday. Very well run office. Person understood what I needed done. She said with all the rain, it was a busy time and it might take up to two weeks to repair the pressure washer. She called someone from the warehouse to help me unload the pressure washer from my trailer. By the next Wednesday they called to say the washer was repaired and I could come pick it up. I asked how much the bill came to expecting to pay somewhere around $100 - $125.00. She said it was $59.00. That made me very happy. I picked up the washer the next day. Again, a person from the warehouse helped me load it on my trailer. When I got home, I was explaining to my wife how happy I was with the whole experience, and happened to look over the bill. I found out that not only did they replace the broken part, but they changed the oil, tightened some screws and the pump oil level glass, and then tested the washer to make sure there were no leaks. I highly recommend this place. Lots of integrity. I can see why they've stay in business since the 1940's

The associate there helped me to understand exactly what I needed. They promptly took care of me and everything was great. It was such a small purchase that they actually just gave it to me as a gesture of good will.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE ROOF LOOKS. THE PRESSURE WASHED THE ROOF AND APPLIED A SEALER TO PREVENT FUTURE MOSS. THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS.
