We had some questions about how to best design our basement Kitchen, and she called one of her friends (Christopher Robin- not a make believe name), and he was able to come and free hand several ways we could arrange our kitchen.

I had been trying to decide on a kitchen floor plan for years. Gina gave me a layout idea that I had not considered and it turned out to be the best plan! I was finally able to move ahead with a remodel and I am very happy with the result. Gina had great ideas for other areas of my house too.

She is working now on our kitchen. Gina has many great qualities and we especially appreciate the way she listens and tries to meet her customers where they are, and not where she is in the discussion. we recommend her without reservation.

Gina was great to work with. She made everything easy for me. In 2 hours she helped me with a few paint color options, new flooring for the bottom level of my townhouse, we also picked out the backsplash for my kitchen (and the grout color), new carpet for my stairs, and she helped me choose new lighting fixtures. Everything looks great! She's professional (without being stuffy), kind and easy to work with. Will absolutely use her again.

Gina was very responsive and so helpful with ideas and resources. She came to my house and she has already helped me with color and source ideas for the blinds, advice on arranging furniture, color ideas, tile sources, etc. In addition, she helped me through email with related questions. I will definitely be using her services again.

UPDATE: 10/30/15 I heard from Gina around 8:00pm on 10/29. She contacted me through the AL message center and via text. She had put our appointment down for Friday the 30th instead of Thursday the 29th as we had agreed. She was very apologetic and is willing to make the situation right by adding extra time for free and helping me pick out materials. Her and I have come to an agreement and plan to reschedule. I do understand that mistakes happen and would really like to give her another try as the reviews I have read have all been great. Because I have not yet met with her, but she is doing her best to make this right....I am changing the original rating from an F to a C. I would be willing to change it to a higher grade once I actually meet with her. I will update this message when that happens. She was very responsive and was able to pick one of the 3 dates I suggested. She emailed me on the Angie's List message system to touch base in the beginning and to set a date. I replied back saying I was looking forward to meeting her on October 29th at 1:30. She asked for my address and phone number. I didn't see the phone number request so I sent her my address on Oct 26th. She replied back asking for my phone number but I did not get that message until this morning (the 29th) at 9am when I responded with my cell number. -I came home from work to meet her at 1:30....she didn't show up and I didn't hear from her. -I called her at 2pm in case she didn't have access to the Angie's List message system with my phone number. I left a voice mail with my number and a message saying that we had an appointment at 1:30.....I never heard from her. -I got back on Angie's List message site to leave her another message saying I was pretty bummed to have missed work and wasted time waiting.....I requested my money back. -At 2:30 I gave up. -At 4:21pm on Oct 29th I still haven't heard from her. Assuming Angie's List reads these....I would like my money back. Disappointed, Jen

Gina was fantastic. We hesitated using a designer because we are picky when it comes to color/design. Gina's color advice was fantastic and I like how she ensured each room was different, yet still worked together cohesively. She recommended a painter that we ended up using that also turned out to be outstanding (Bjornsson Painting). The painting project was just completed and we could not be happier as the color and execution exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using Gina again as we continue to update/remodel our house. Thanks Gina!

Gina was exceptional. She toured my home and gave me great advice of how to make the most of what I already have and offered suggestions on some new things that I could do taking into consideration my budget, space and goals. She explained her services but was not pushy and did not try to sell me additional services.

That was average. They came out to the house, did what they said they were going to do, and that was it. It wasn't a great experience and it wasn't a bad experience.

We were not able to see eye to eye and ended up not working together. Very pleasant and professional, but not the style we were looking for.

Great working with Gina who gave me colors for kitchen,living room, family room and hallway as well as ideas for rugs and furniture to create a new, fresh, cozy feel in our older home. Exactly why I needed someone of her expertise and knowledge. She's very easy to work with and we have other projects i will be hiring her for in the future.

This was well worth the money as were wanted to paint the interior of our entire house (from the builders beige that has been here for 10 years)... we really had no idea as to what direction to go and so we had some colors picked out and she advised us as to areas to put them. Grateful for her input, as we would have put a color in the kitchen that would have been AWFUL ... but luckily, she had a few more color charts and steered us in a better direction. She also was great on her follow-up and gave us many links to some interior changes that were in our budget. Overall a great experience.

Gina was great! She was punctual and we got right down to figuring out what I needed, I had a punch list ready for her outlining areas I needed input on and in two hours she'd determined an entire color palette and scheme for the interior/exterior and then we found an overall style for lighting fixtures throughout the house and then a full style for bathroom remodels. Great ideas that will make my house really nice!

I really enjoyed working with Gina. I was very impressed with how quickly she "got" my style. I would definitely work with here again.

I had been working on a remodel of my kitchen for Months in my head. At the end of June, the kitchen was demolished, we cleaned up, rewired and laid a new sub floor and Monday morning the cabinets were installed. We still had to decide on a floor and backsplash to compliment the new design. After over 2 months of working on it, bringing things home, etc.. I looked to Angies list. Gina was over a few days later and Poof. She knew just what to choose, what to paint, what finishing touches to bring it all together. VERY Happy with her promptness, her understanding, and her follow through. I honestly should have called her at the beginning ! A keen eye and a very professional lady !

She is great! Full of wonderful creative ideas on how to maximize a new look without breaking the bank!

I wrote to her privately and told her I wasn't comfortable with her. I thought she was condescending and not very thoughtful about my taste. She was going with things that were very trendy and I tried to convey to her that that is not particularly my thing. I called her prematurely for my needs. I was in the middle of doing a big clean-up effort in my house and so it actually was very messy when she came. She had to try and work around things when there was a lot of clutter.
