That went excellent and I was really pleased. She reviewed all of my décor in my whole house and made recommendations. She went above and beyond the call of duty. We even talked about my plants outside too. I was very impressed with her. Then she sent me email with links of items that I could purchase; like mirrors and drapes for an example. I really liked her and the price was really reasonable. She was also thorough.

Gina is very helpful and knowledgeable. I plan on working with her in the near future.

The service went really well. They did exactly what the deal stated and were at my home for about an hour. They also spent about an hour and a half at a furniture store with me. I really liked their design ideas and the dining room light fixture they helped pick out. They also had great ideas for the paint I could use for my home. I had no issues with scheduling. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

It was a Big Deal that we purchased. It went really well. There were no additional charges. They were here for 2 1/2 hours. We haven't done the job yet because we are trying to get the money together. They were very good and very knowledgeable. We are going to get a second opinion but we are definitely willing to go with them if the price is right. Their price was good and it was in the area we were thinking of. They were definitely on time.

Okay. She said I can call anytime. She gave me some ideas and the color change what she recommended was helpful. It was great; she gave me the right direction. She spent one hour instead of two and she saved the second hour she said she will keep it as a credit or give me a refund, I wasn’t sure how that worked. Overall, it was okay. She was expecting me to call her back but it was a struggle for us to find the right color. This point, I feel not sure. We are close to the final decision so I don’t think I need her back now, maybe later on we will decide to check in with her. It was great but I personally was looking for advice. She did some kind of assessment, she asked me what I want and the problem was I wasn’t exactly sure what color I wanted because my house in the day time, it is kind of light and dark time, it changes color, so I wasn’t sure what is my preference. She tried to find out what is my favorite and from that, I thought she is going to direct me on a probable direction. I needed independent opinion not mine. I didn’t want somebody to give me based on my preferences, just based on what she sees as a designer, how she sees my house. Eventually, she recommended a color, I bought a sample and I put on the wall and it did not work completely. So I went actually in the opposite direction, so from that color I chose a more light color. I wouldn’t say she was not helpful, it did narrow my search but if I would ask for help from a designer, I need her opinion especially. She brought some color palate from Sherwin and Williams painting book, it was great and we tried it. I was thinking she will take a picture and put in the computer and show me how my house would look in different colors; that’s what I heard from other people. I was not completely satisfied but it was great.

Gina has great ideas, provides sound advice and is very patient in ensuring you are happy with your choices. I can't say enough great things about her. Even you need someone to help you with your home décor, call her immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent. Gina has some really creative and frugal ideas for a lot of problems. We went over paint color, different marble materials for the bathroom, how best to conceal that pesky broken walled mirror without replacing it, furniture placement, kitchen remodel, etc. As a clueless bachelor that just bought a condo, helped me validate a lot of design ideas I had, and also gave me new perspective on ideas I hadn't thought about before.

I was very pleased with Gina's professionalism and warmth. She was very helpful in providing suggestions regarding granite colors, tile selections, wood floor choices, etc. I never felt she was in a rush. In fact, she suggested I contact her if I had additional needs or if I wanted her to accompany me when I pick out the granite and tiles. I'm definitely glad that I used Gina.

It was satisfactory. She came when she was supposed to.

The service went great. Her overall work ethic was great. She took her time with me and gave us a lot of feedback for what we were doing.

She confirmed some of my plans and helped me complete the materials and colors. In the end, I did not use all of her suggestions.

It was okay. It was a deal that I got through Angie's List. She met our needs. I might use them again if I had the same need.

She did a great job - i left with a number of very good ideas that I will likely use. She followed-up with an email with all of her ideas/paint colors we discussed, which was very much appreciated. I'd likely use her again for more design help.

The service turned out well. We are still currently working on the project. The staff have been very open and have lots of ideas. Scheduling was very easy.

Gina Schorr is excellent, very skilled, patient, kind and professional. I just thought she was great and very talented. I really enjoyed our time together.

She came out for an hour so far which she is not to blame. The 2 hours was only cut short because of family issues. The experience has gone well. She came when we had scheduled and had some great ideas. I have scheduled her out again for a second meeting. Scheduling was not an issue.

The experience with Belle Maison Interior Design, Inc was good. They were just satisfactory and it worked out fine, they just gave general decorating ideas. I was satisfied with their deal.

Gina arrived promptly and for the next two hours gave me the benefit of her expertise as we walked through my home. She not only answered each of my questions as to color, arrangement, composition, and furnishings, she pointed out possibilities which never would have occurred to me. By the time Gina left I had a new enthusiasm for my home and confidence that I could accomplish much with her help. That evening I received an email from Gina which gave me a detailed list of everything we discussed, room by room. She gave me a specific paint name and number, the name of a web site and store to check, and even pictures of furniture pieces we had discussed. She immediately answered my follow up email to answer a few more questions. I hope to work with Gina again and would unhesitatingly encourage others to do so.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I got about one hour and we were supposed to meet again and that never happened. She said that she would call and we would meet at the downtown design center and that never happened.

I am extremely happy with my Big Deal purchase. Gina, from Belle Maison Interior Design company contacted me the same day I purchased the deal with Belle Maison. We set up a mutually agreeable date and time. Gina was very punctual, she really listened to what I did and didn't like about my living space, and had some very helpful ideas to address the areas I wanted to change. She understood right away the "look" I want for my home , and Gina was able to explain the steps I could take to achieve that look. In consulting with me, Gina listened to what I wanted, the colors I liked, and how I could make my home the way I wanted it to be without spending a ton of money. She showed me ways to use what I already have, just at a different angle or placement, that would make a huge difference in making my home more comfortable. Gina spent one of the two hours in my home, and then later in the day, sent me an email with the exact names of paint colors and where to find them in Seattle, as well as other addresses, phone numbers, etc. of where to find items that I might like for my home. With all the research for that information, she spent at least another hour. This was one of the best Big Deals I have purchased! I have already started transforming my home, thanks to Gina, and I'm excited about the changes I'm able to make in my home. I would definitely use this company again, and I recommend Gina without any hesitation!

We paid for the promotion for decorating service and then they never contacted me to do the work. I also talked to a representative at Angie's list but they didn't get back to me either. In short, they took my money and never did any work.

We have commenced the work and will soon be ready for another engagement with Gina to select window treatments and accessories. At no time was there a push for a particular brand of product but rather just good solid advice on how to get the "look" that we want. All in all, we cannot sufficiently describe how good it is to work with a knowledgeable professional instead of sales people pushing their high margin products. Gina has skills that we hope to be able to call on in the near and long term future. If you need design services your search is over. Call Gina!

She didn't really have any new ideas, she just seemed to agree with ideas that we had already come up with, or maybe added a few ideas to that.
