Everyone at Bel Red is fantastic! We had a great experience. Zach (the owner) met me at my home and we discussed what products would work best. He did not try to sell me more than I needed. I truly appreciated that. He was very responsive and his entire team did everything to make sure that whole process went smoothly. Julie in the office is amazing and was very helpful. James and his installation team was great and very respectful of my home and family. They also went the extra mile to make sure the trim and other details exceeded my expectations (I was rather particular). The new interior trim on my living room windows is now officially my favorite spot in the house. When a couple of screens ordered did not fit, they were able to have the window manufacturer rush production. The owner of the window company even came out and installed them himself! Simply amazing service. I was also impressed with how quick the process was. The windows were ready a couple of weeks after we ordered them and the installation only took 3 days.

Zach came to do the estimate work. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He proposed several options for me that saved us money. The working crew is very friendly and they did very clean job. They always clean after their day. The windows looks fantastic and Julie is the office is very prompt and friendly as well.

Having to do big home projects can be very stressful. After meeting with 2 different window companies, I became discouraged and disappointed with their high pressured sales tactics. That's when I found Bel-Red Windows. From the moment I called Bel-Red Windows, my experience was driven by their customer orientation. Zach met with us for our in-home appointment. He educated us on the products available and how we had options to increase a better quality of living by simply changing and adding operational windows throughout our home. Two weeks later, they came in and replaced windows throughout our entire home which included skylights, a garden window and added a sliding door. This project was done within 3 days. We now have a warmer brighter home that feels more spacious. We hear less outdoor noise and our home has a much cleaner updated look. Bel-Red Windows has added value to our home and life style because of their superb service, knowledge and product. They are an ELITE company that cares about their customers. After purchasing the coupon we decided to go a different route. They gladly returned the fee. We would use them again if the need arises.

Two weeks from estimate to installation, great price, professional installation, hauled away old windows and doors, spotless clean up.

Zach at Bel-Red windows was the first to come to my house to give me a bid on my windows project. I had done a lot of reading and was prepared for the sales pitch....except I never got one from Zach. He went through my house doing measurements and talking to me about what I needed. At the end, we discussed my options. Then he said, "are you going to make a decision on this today?" I said, "no, I'm taking other bids and you're the first." I steeled myself for what I thought was the inevitable hard sell. Instead, Zach said, "Ok. Make sure you get detailed bids from everyone so it's easy to compare, and please don't forget about me!" Then he left! The next day I received an extremely detailed bid from him over email. Then I dealt with the other windows salesmen. None were as knowledgeable, responsive, or helpful as Zach. Plus their bids were no better (sometimes much worse, though I got the expected "I can cut this in half if you do it today!") I called Zach, and happily told him I wanted to work with him. Zach came out a few days later with James, his lead window installer, to do detailed measurements. One of the garden windows was going to be tricky because of the granite that extended from my kitchen countertop into the window. James told me the granite could break, but told me he hadn't had one break yet. They made sure I understood what would be happening. We set a date for the install (it was a 2 day job, James said). On the day of the install, James appeared with his assistant Aaron. I wish I could describe how meticulous and professional they were. They were even understanding about our (obnoxious) dogs who, I'm sure, made their lives miserable with their barking. One of the windows had been damaged at the factory. I hadn't even noticed (it was slight scratches on the frame). James told me about it, said he had already arranged with the manufacturer to fix it, and we would be hearing directly from the manufacturer in a few days. He said if we didn't, to call him, and he would deal with them and make sure it was handled. I have no doubt he would, and the manufacturer had better hope I don't have to sic James on them! :) One other shout out should go to Julie, the office worker at Bel-Red. I see a lot on here about James and Zach (rightly so!) but Julie is also extremely responsive, professional, and a joy to deal with. I expected this experience to be difficult but Bel-Red made it great. I'm so pleased with my new windows, and with the entire experience of working with Zach, James, Aaron, and Julie. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Zach Rogers is one of the most hard-working, professional, and trust-worthy men I have ever met. He helped us understand our exact needs, showed us our options, and came up with a bid on our windows that was 50% lower than some bids we received. He and his team completed the work on the day promised, working quietly and efficiently and cleaning up after themselves.

Everything was great! Windows were 1/3 of the price other companies quoted us. Workers were friendly, on time, quick and obviously experts at what they do! No problems what so ever throughout the whole process.

Purchased a big deal for doors and was told they had everything I wanted till the time came to purchase and they could not get the sliding doors I wanted, aftyer purchasing their big deal.

Great, came out and was surprised when it was only 3 windows, they only come out for 5 window and above. The windows when in so clean I thought there were no windows. I was very pleased.

Contacted Bel-Red window they were out with a estimate the same week. Zach did some quick measurements he did a quick look up and gave us the estimate. After having another company give us an estimate we decided to go with Bel-Red. From start to finish is was 2 weeks. Zach came out with his foreman James and they did an accurate measurement and we paid the downpayment. Julie from the office called to confirm the install date. Zach called again to make sure our end of the prep would be done and he let me know there would be a lot of pounding, sawing and noise for a couple of days. We decided to remove our dog while the work was being done. The crew was on time and very professional taking care not to damage anything that was not to be replaced. At the end of the second day the job was complete and trim ready to paint. Everyone did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased with the product and install!

The service was not as good as we thought it would be. We did not use them at all. It was a waste of money. The quote they gave back was so high that it did not make sense to use the coupon. Their prices were higher than other quotes we had received.

Zach's bid came in close to 3 of the 4 bids we obtained, however we decided to go with another brand of window. Zach is a wealth of information when it comes to replacement windows and answered our many questions readily. It was a pleasure to work with Bel Red windows.
