They called us, after we had bought the coupon, and set up an appointment. All we really wanted done was to have a sliding glass door replaced. When he arrived (on time) and we explained our need, he said that was not what they did (they ware mostly whole-home window replacement). He gave us referrals on companies to go to, walked the house with us and gave some recommendations, then fixed the sashes on two windows, free of charge. When it comes time to replace our windows, this is the company I will call!

It went great. They came on time, worked hard, did quality work and finished when they said they would. I'll hire them again when we need more windows.

We requested a bid for replacing an exterior door and requested a separate quote for replacing a dining and living room windows with Millard's. We have seen Bel Red's name in mailer ads and in the Angie's list, so we decided to contact them for a bid. We made an appt and their sales rep showed up on time, we discussed the scope of the project . They took measurements and provided an immediate quote. The quote I received just floored me for the amount they wanted to charge. We've replaced a lot of windows and doors the past couple years so we had a good ball park idea of the cost. Their quote was at least 100%+ higher than we expected or the next highest quote by a similar type of outfit. In casually asking why the cost of replacing a simple door was so expensive their reply was the overhead and they needed to pay their professional installers a $1000 ?? a day minimum including benefits. So for a small job they needed to charge the minimum. This is the first time I heard of this ludicrous explanation. I also had them quote me the cost of replacing my dining and living room windows which would be a substantial job, their quote was so by far the highest than other very reputable outfits.

The appointment went well; he arrived on time and provided me with an estimate for window replacement. Another company provided a more competitive price for similar windows, so I used the another company.

This company has it all; great service, competitive pricing, and quality product. We needed to replace the remaining aluminum windows in our 1960's rambler. The owner, Zach, quickly came out for an estimate when I called Bel-Red. His estimate was one of several, but because he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to up-sell, he won the bid. I felt confident in the beginning because of his high rating on Angie's list and I never lost that confidence. Zach always returned our phone calls promptly, as we had some questions along the way. We signed a contract, the windows were ordered, and in 3 weeks our windows were installed. A three-man crew showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and had all 3 windows installed, the new trim for the patio door put up, and everything cleaned & cleared in less than 5 hours. All went smoothly and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Bel-Red Windows and Doors earned their 5 stars from our job today. We would highly recommend this company!

Excellent to deal with in all regards, from the owner Zach, to foreman James, to entire crew. We had a very large job with mult. special requirements and Zach took all the time necessary to discuss and research options, answer questions, and consider alternatives for quoting. The foreman James, and entire crew were skilled, focused, professional and pleasant. This was a major construction job so they were in all parts of our house for over a week - challenging in any case but they couldn't have been better in their professionalism and care of the house/yard to make it easier. Most comfortable I've felt with a group of contractors working in/at my home. Beyond the great work and good price, they went above and beyond with work not specifically included in the bid. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and friendly and we couldn't be happier with the quality. (earlier bids and companies we'd spoken to left me not wanting to even consider this project, making this positive experience all the more impressive.) Windows will need to be washed by you/a professional after installation - not their forte.

The prices were very competitive and they were not pushy and they explained all of the products to us. We did speak to other companies but they were very pushy and did not do a good job of explaining all of the products to us and when I asked them about a particular window they said they had never heard of that before. Working with this company was a very satisfying experience for us except for the clean up after the job was finished. We would consider using this company in the future if necessary.

Entire team, was on time both days, very professional and friendly. Kept areas as clean as possible and even cleaned the window when done with install.

We selected Bel Red Windows and Doors based on Angie List reviews and their estimate to perform the work. Zach came out to look at the job and provided an estimate the day after I called his company. The estimate was lower than another quote and provided a 10-year warranty, which the other company would have added an additional 10% to provide. They used a Seattle supplier for the windows and they were received within a few days of the order. The installation went smoothly and the crew that came to our home were experienced and professional. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I would recommend Bel Red Windows without hesitation and would use them again.
