They came out in terrible weather and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. Very friendly and responsive.

I called several providers when my well stopped working suddenly. B & J Drilling (spoke to T.L.) was one of only two who picked up the phone thereby avoiding voicemail / email tag. They were able to divert a crew my way after a job in a nearby town. It was just a few hours from the first call to being on-site-- and they actually arrived a little earlier than estimated. Gage (sp?) the on-site tech quickly diagnosed the problem. After doing several tests he got the water running right away by replacing part of the control box. Gage also answered a number of my questions and was generous with information and advice. I feel like I now have a much better sense of what to expect for the next few decades of owning my well. After discussing our water needs with Gage I am hopeful we can work with B & J on a filter system and other upgrades in the future. I haven't seen the final bill, yet, and will update my review when that comes.

I contacted T.L. as he was referred to me as the one to go to for work on wells in my area, leaving a message with his wife. He called back and told me he had put in wells on either side of me. We discussed the information I had on the existing well which needed to be reinstated and he said he would get to it as soon as he finished what he was doing. That was a Wednesday. Phone call was make late in the day and to B&J and was returned the next morning. The existing pump and piping was explained to B&J and a different pipe and check valve setup was recommended by them. The change was made and the updated system works great. This was done over the phone and for no charge. B&J will be called for any future well work.

Our homeowners association has used this service provider for over thirty years. I am the treasurer of the Paradise Park Homeowners Association. He did the work in one day and came out when we needed him. He is a reliable and reasonable worker. I have no complaints about our experience with this company. I would suggest anyone who needs work done to use him.
