Description of Work: We had sewer problem and called Aurora plumbing to clean it out. They sent people who came and used snake. They worked there for 10-15 min and then told us that there is a block, and there snake could not go through. Another person with a camera came in next day. Before we realize he said that he saw a complete blockage of the sewer line which needs extraction. The price tag $20-30K, and if we sign the contact right away, I would get 10% discount. I wanted to see the camera but got refused. So we decided to hire the 2nd person to take a look. It took the guy 45 min to clean our sewer out, and the price - $299. And the problem was NOT the place as Aurora Plumbing suggested! |I was shocked by the people sent by Aurora plumbing, who without carefully examining the site would get an conclusion so irresponsible! |

Description of Work: We had a broken pipe in the laundry room ceiling. The sound stopped when we shut off the water. Turned it back on and no sound. Shut it off again and turned it on again and the noise got louder so he could find it. Plumber said it's the first time he'd been to a call just when the leak had started. He repaired it. He stated that since our house was built in the 70's more pipes could go. We're waiting but hope not. (My handiman would have fixed it for less than $400 but he had his phone off.)

Description of Work: Replaced old drain lines in the house. They used a contract plumber, who did a good job. But when I asked Aurora what was the warranty on their work, they didn't know, and had to ask the plumber.

Description of Work: Moved washing machine and utility sink connections to garage, as well as replace main shutoff and repair a cracked drainpipe. They were very friendly and professional. They were open to letting me help with certain tasks to save about $600 off the quote. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: We called to get a leak repaired in bathroom sink. We have specialty faucets and did not want to try a home repair. Serviceman came out the next work day and evaluated the situation. Suggested that we contact the manufacturer as there is a lifetime warranty on this product. We did, manufacturer shipped out the part for free, and then repairman returned to install. He made a point of leaving the service call bill open so we would not be charged a second first show up fee. Work was done very well with attention to the specialty faucet and to saving us money.

Description of Work: Afterhours service was prompt and helpful. Unfortunately, the clogged drain they cleaned became clogged again 3 months later. The second plumber used a larger root cutting device, that has been more helpful.

Description of Work: He was great, fixed the 3 leaky faucets we have, but it cost way more than I expected! I believe it's $75 for the first 15 minutes than $40/15 minutes. It just seems little excessive.

Description of Work: I called and set up an appointment with them and then one of my fixtures didn't show up in time. They were great about rescheduling. The day they arrived, Dean looked at what needed to be done below my kitchen sink ((installed owner supplied water filter, looked at my disposal which had exploded and installed owner supplied new faucet hose and head). He was missing some parts so had to have them delivered but kept working. I was really happy but surprised by the cost, $40/quarter hour with first quarter hour $75. A bit steep but they still did a great job. I would use them again but would get a bid instead of working hourly.
