Description of Work: I had two very personable and professional plumbers come to our home, assss the problem(3 clogging toilets) give their recommendations (basically that we needed 2 new toilets).They said that they would attempt to fix the problem without replacing the toilets if I wanted(which is what they did).They also replaced the 'pop ups' in 2 sinks. They did their work there and then, efficiently and with no clean up necessary afterwards. Unfortunately the problem (poorly flushing toilets) was in no way improved (almost 600 dollars later) .Great service, disappointing outcome

Description of Work: Evaluated broken sewer line. They were too vague on their bid for us to go with them. It's a complicated situation. We usually call them for our plumbing needs. Always well satisfied.

Description of Work: I had a what I thought was a blocked sewer line. When the plumbers show up and tried to snake the line it didn't help. The lead guy said that they would have to dig and that it was $4000.00, but needing this to be fixed I told them to do it. Once the dig team got started it was discovered right off that there was a septic tank right by the over flow and it took about 15 minutes to uncover and open up the tank. So my only real problem with the service was the price for the dig. As far as the over all service I was very pleased with the crew that did the work, very professional.

Description of Work: Aurora Plumbing, without my knowledge, contracted out the work I paid for. It took six months and threats from the city to get the job completed.

Description of Work: The estimate was so high I declined to have work done and they failed to honor the discount that was listed as an Angie's member. I am really glad I did because I later found that the source of my leak was not what the technician had stated when he wrote up the estimate. Had I had the work done, I not only would have been out more than $200, but it wouldn't have resolved the problem. Terrible.

Description of Work: I was trying to compare items in a catalog with similar items from Home Depot. |The clerk was very kind and helpful explaining to me why I couldn't find the exact same things at Home Depot, as were in a more high end plumbing supply catalog. I am interested in having them install some shower doors for me in the near future.

Description of Work: I described my problem and, instead of scheduling a visit, they suggested what the problem might be and how to fix it myself. I followed their suggesttion, fixed the problem and saved myself an expensive plumbers visit and three days of not using the toilet while waiting for the visit.
