I called for appointment and that went well; we didn't need it fixed immediately, but we still got appointment within a week. The plumber arrived early on the appointed day and took less than an hour to: Locate leak [inch long rupture in section of copper pipe, remove that section of pipe, build and install replacement.

He showed up on time, I told him the problem, he cleaned and reset the garbage disposal but told me that the disposal would not last another year. So he replaced it with a stronger quieter disposal and fixed the water problem with a different configuration of the pipes. He was very pleasant and got along with my big Husky just fine plus he cleaned up after himself.

Both the estimator and the plumber were pleasant to work with, competent and easy to talk to.

In brief: Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to help. I know next to nothing about plumbing, and they were able to read through my broken description of a problem and provide the critical part to my broken kitchen faucet. The $6 part sure was better than a $100 new faucet!

Overall they did a wonderful job. They were friendly, and even nice to our 4 year old who was fascinated by the whole thing and followed him around the whole time. Would definitely call them again if we have any more plumbing projects. They were efficient and did great work.

Fabulous! Two other plumbers told us we need to repipe our whole house, for $8,000 plus. Bob came out from Aurora to give our third bid, and advised against such a drastic solution to two slow faucets. Craig came out and solved all our problems in 30 minutes. We saved more than $8,000 by calling Aurora. We'll never go anywhere else.

I have been very pleased with Aurora plumbing service. Their plumber Don is efficient and does solid, tidy work. Since doing the rough-in job, I have used them for two other jobs with the same overall quality.

We were pleased with the service provided by Aurora Plumbing. We were able to get an appointment the next day, the plumber arrived during the specified time, and worked efficiently. He was honest about what would be required to repair our faucets and then only repaired one (as requested). We would definitely call again for future work.

IT TURNED OUT THAT THE CLEANUP REQUIRED THE TOILET BE COMPLETELY REMOVED, SO ALL THE WORK DONE TO FIX THE LEAK WAS WASTED AND HAD TO BE DONE OVER. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER OFF IF THE PLUMBER HAD SIMPLY TURNED OFF THE WATER TO THE TOILET AND THEN TOLD US WE NEEDED THE CLEANUP FOLKS. I HAVE TO IMAGINE ANY PLUMBER WHO HAS DEALT WITH THIS KIND OF PROBLEM BEFORE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT, AND INDEED THAT'S WHAT I'VE HEARD FROM OTHER CONTRACTORS.

AURORA PLUMBING DID A GOOD JOB. THEY INSTALLED A NEW FLAPPER ON THE TOILET, A NEW AIRATOR ON THE BATHROOM SINK AND AMADE ADJUSTMENTS ON A THE FAUCET. THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE GUYS THEY SENT OUT--FIRST FOR ESTIMATE AND THEN OTHERS FOR ACTUAL WORK WERE ALL REALLY NICE GUYS. IT WAS JUST A BUMMER TO FIND OUT LATER THAT EVEN THOUGH THEY DID FINE WORK THEY WERE ON THE MORE EXPENSIVE END.

AURORA PLUMBING IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. MOST RECENTLY, THEY REPAIRED A BROKEN FAUCET AND TURN-OFF VALVE. IT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
