Overall, everything went fine. We were able to schedule the appointment only a week in the future. They showed up on time, and performed the work quickly.

The corroded disposal was bad news; I'd hoped it was just badly installed. But the plumber came equipped with a range of new garbage disposals so he was able to continue at once. The prices for the disposals were just a bit above the low end for prices online, which I think is a great deal and very honest. He did a nice clean job on the electrical connections and new pipes.

I'm very happy with Brian George and everyone at Aurora Plumbing. Before starting Brian listened carefully to what I was trying to accomplish and he suggested an easier way to accomplish the job than what I had considered. This knocked several hundred dollars off the original job estimate which Brian credited to my bill. One of the inspectors wanted an additional access point for cleaning in one of the drain lines; Aurora came back and modified the drain line right away. Coordinating with city inspectors was tricky and Aurora had to send out a plumber more than we had anticipated to temporarily stopper and fill the drain lines so that the inspector could look for leaks. At every step along the way Brian and the folks at Aurora kept me well appraised of progress and coordination with the city. Next time I need a plumber I'll be calling them back.

Great! I called and got an appointment within a week (it was not an emergency). The day before the scheduled appointment, my bathtub faucet started leaking. Since it was a Sunday I couldn't call ahead to schedule the additional work - I just asked the technician to add it to the work order when he arrived. He was neat, clean and respectful, and did a great job. In addition - he needed to take a trip back to the office to get a part for the repair I did not schedule in advance. He said "oh I should have had that part with me, my fault" (I don't see how, since he didn't know he would need it for the job). He did not charge us for the travel time! WOW. He also recommended that we consider having our other faucet connectors replaced, all at once, because eventually they will all start to leak (shoddy construction). You can bet we will, and you can bet Aurora will be the company doing it. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The plumber arrived on time and explained what he needed to do to install the new water heater. He assessed the work setting before starting and put down tarps to protect the floors and carpeting. He worked very effectively without wasting any time. When completed, he cleaned up to the degree that no further cleanup on my part was necessary.

When I made the initial call, I was told they couldn't get out until the next week. This wasn't a significant leak so I made the appointment. They called back about an hour later saying they'd had a cancellation and could send the plumber out right then. That meant not having to take another day off of work for me! Aros arrived very quickly, was amazingly polite, was very knowledgeable and clear in explaining my options, recognized limits in the space available and even checked on some of the information I had received from a local hardware chain. He was able to replace my old tank with a comparable model, the energy rating was the same and the warranty was better than I expected to be available. He worked quickly, kept my daughter entertained, cleaned up thoroughly and kept the cost to the estimate which really made a difference!

They showed up on time and completed the work on time. They cleaned up after the work and everything is working well. Good pressure and no leaks!!!

Earliest appointment I could be given was four days on from my initial call, but I was put on standby list, and two guys came within 48 hours of my first contact. They were efficient, fast, charged less than their estimate when they saw the problem, and the new fittings appear to be of good quality.

The plumber was on-time and did the install quickly. When we had a leak a few days later, they came right back to fix (no charge). When the leak appeared again, they replaced the entire toilet (it was defective) -- again, no charge! They stood behind both the product and their service. Very friendly, presentable, and efficient.

I chose Aurora because of the $50 Angie's List coupon and good reports. The plumber, Aros, was excellent. Not only did he repair our garbage disposal after I was resigned to buying a new one, the service was great. Aros didn't condescend to us non-plumbers but explained clearly what was going on, thereby increasing my confidence in Aurora's service quality (and I learned a few things to boot).

They were fine. They came on time. I would use them again.

I found them to be incredibly helpful. They have exceptional customer service and I will continue to use them. They provided excellent customer service on another occasion at no charge.

The project was to done in two stages. They first came out to check if the old floor was structurally sound for a new toilet floor ring. Then they came out a second time, after new marmoleum was installed, to complete the toilet and ring. They didn't charge an additional fee to come out the second time, it was all charged as one task. Plumber was very prompt, clean conscious, courteous and efficient.

It went very well. Over the course of our work we had two different plumbers both of whom were excellent. We had just had our floors refinished and they were very aware of this, they put area rugs under them as they worked to protect the floor. They were both very quick (finishing in less than the predicted time) and always asked us questions if anything was unclear. For example, we were redoing our kitchen and they asked about the future location of the sink to make sure that we would end up with the piping perfectly placed. We passed the plumbing inspection easily.

Excellent. I called and they scheduled me for an appointment in ten days. A few hours later, they called back and said they had a last-minute opening and could come today. The plumber was professional, clean, courteous and did a good job. The project took 1.25 hours and I had the Angie's List Coupon for $50 off. I'm very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I was scheduled for October 10th in the afternoon which meant that I was going to have to miss a half day of work to be there. However, I was delighted when they called today (Oct 5th) and said they had an opening for this afternoon. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes and it only took 50 minutes for him to install the new faucet. Craig did a great job, was neat, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

These guys saved the day. We knew there was a slow leak in our tank and scheduled with Aurora to replace it. The first opening wasn't for 3 weeks, but they kept us on the cancellation list. They called a few days later with an opening in 1.5 weeks, but we had a schedule conflict. Shortly after that, over a 3 day holiday weekend, the water tank totally went out with a big leak. Tuesday morning, I called another plumber to get a bid on getting the tank replaced right away. While that plumber was here, Aurora called to say they could come out first thing the next morning, at less than half the price of the other plumber's bid. Needless to say, I took the appointment time. Then Aurora called back an hour later to say they could come out that very day, in an hour no less, due to an unexpected opening. They were in and out in an hour.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The plumbers were very polite, neat and efficient. The project took a week, just as we had been told, and there was essentially no disruption in our water service during the whole process. Brian and Kevin took time to explain what was happening at every stage of the process. The bid came in substantially under the other bids we received, too.

The plumber came within 2 hours of my telephone call. He completed the job in 40 minutes. He did the job well in a timely manner. I found their name through Angie's List. The cost is based on the labor only.

They did a great job on the sink and faucet. When they installed the washer hook-up, they put it in recessed, but that didn't work. They came out the next day and fixed it so that the drywall people could work on it at no extra charge.

Estimator was prompt and professional. Estimate was in line with other estimates and they scheduled the work within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the day before the work was to start, they called me to tell me that they had lost the plumber who was supposed to do the work and the earliest they could schedule me in three weeks later. They did offer to put me on a stand-by list. I explained that this was going to hold up my entire project but they said they couldn't reschedule any earlier.

Plumber arrived as scheduled within 24 hrs and finished in 45 minutes without mess.

The company got me very quickly and even so, called to let me know that there were cancellations so I could have had an earlier appointment if I'd wanted. They called to let me know that the plumber was running early and so could come early if that was convenient for me. Helpful & polite.

Excellent experience. Aros was polite, on time, thorough, and did the work with a minimum of fuss, no mess, and maximum efficiency. I had a long list of "to-do's" that I had called in, and he went through the list methodically, fixed what needed fixing, made suggestions that made sense, and got in and out of the house in good time. I was very pleased.
